Mariah teams up with P. Diddy?
P. Diddy | Mariah Carey, who teamed up with Sean (P. Diddy) Combs on her hit Honey, is in talks with the rapper to work on her new album. Meanwhile a spokesperson for Carey, who jets into the UK this month to promote her movie Glitter, denies reports that her recent megadollars Virgin Records deal is being renegotiated following a change of staff at the head of Virgin, part of EMI.
"She's got a long-term multiple-album contract at EMI and she's leaving next week for a European promotional trip they set up," said Carey's spokeswoman, Cindi Berger. Mariah will perform along with Jennifer Lopez, Atomic Kitten, Kylie Minogue and the Corrs at the Top of the Pops awards show at the Manchester Evening News Arena on 23 November. It's her first visit to Britain since her breakdown in July this year. (Worlpop)
