Mariah shares her delight at being reunited with Nick
Nick Cannon spends a lot of time on the road with his DJing career and hosting America's Got Talent. So no wonder his wife Mariah Carey and their twins were thrilled to have him back with the family. Eager to spend time with their children after weeks travelling around the US, it wasn't long before Nick was dozing with his two-year-old son Moroccan.
So Mariah, 43, snuck in to the bedroom to take a photo of the tender moment and posted it on her Twitter page. Using her twins' childish expressions, she tweeted: "Roc and daa daa sleeping. Yaayie Daddy's home."
Nick, 32, has just returned home to New York following weeks on the road. This month, he was in Los Angeles and Chicago to DJ, as well as filming a comedy special. With the new series of America's Got Talent about to start, Nick will soon be required down in LA to host the live shows.
While Nick has been away, Mariah has been busy promoting her new single Beautiful and looking after the family's new puppies. The Carey-Cannons bought some puppies around a week ago, but haven't decided on any names yet. Posting a photo of her daughter Moroccan laughing as one of the puppies scrambled over her head, Mariah tweeted: "Ms. Monroe declined to be pon de pic but will soon select her pup and is partial to the names: Pip and Pow. C'mon. Roc's pup, name dem puppies ASAP."
Mariah has posted plenty of photos of her adorable little dogs in recent days. The puppies arrival came after the twins celebrated their second birthday on April 30 - which was also Mariah and Nick's fifth wedding anniversary. The couple famously wed in the Bahamas in 2008 after just six weeks of dating. (Mail Online)
