Joe rules the Billboard R&B album chart

Joe had a great reason to celebrate the Fourth of July as he debuted at number one on the Billboard R&B Album chart for the week of July 6, 2014 with his new CD Bridges which sold 15,000 copies in its first week of release. Last week's number one CD, Jennifer Lopez' AKA, dropped to number three.

Michael Jackson's Xscape moved up to number two followed by Pharrell Williams' G I R L at number four, and Love Is In The Future by John Legend at number five. The remainder of the top ten includes Mali Is... from Mali Music (six), Sebastian Mikael"s debut CD Speechless (seven), Testimony from August Alsina (eight), Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteuse by Mariah Carey (nine), and the Think Like A Man Too soundtrack by Mary J. Blige (ten).
