Mariah enjoys breakfast with twins amid marriage trouble
Mariah Carey is spending time with "dem babies" amid marriage trouble with husband Nick Cannon. The "We Belong Together" singer enjoyed having breakfast with the couple's 3-year-old twins at what appeared to be her NYC apartment on Friday, August 22. "Friends forever. Breakfast moments," Carey captioned a picture via Instagram. Moroccan (with a big smile!) sweetly embraced his sister Monroe as they both wore pink and green pajamas.
As previously reported, Carey and Cannon's six-year marriage is on the rocks. The America's Got Talent host confirmed the news himself during an interview with The Insider earlier this week. "There is trouble in paradise," he said on Thursday, August 21. "We have been living in separate houses for a few months." (An insider added to Us that the pair have been apart since June.)
Carey's rep released a statement to Us the following day. "I don't comment on Mariah's personal life," her rep told Us on August 22. "But Mariah is focusing on her children and her upcoming tour." (Us Weekly)
