Celines Toribio interviews Mariah Carey

Univision's reporter Celines Toribio made an interview for Primer Impacto with the singing sensation Mariah Carey. In this interview she cleared up rumors about her secret marriage with Latin heartthrob Luis Miguel, and even heard for the first time about her ex-husband's new wife's comments about her, in a latin magazine. Here it is:

Effectively the American diva doesn't usually grant interviews, but yesterday she made an exception. The interview was programmed to last only ten minutes, but Mariah was so fascinated by our cameras, that she decided to talk with us, alone, for more than thirty minutes. The interview which took place in a Manhattan's hotel suite, was a time to talk about Luis Miguel, without beating around the bush.
Everything was ready: lights, cameras and technicians. The only thing we were missing was Mariah Carey, who didn't arrive until one hour late. She arrived with a smile, a sexy tank-top and a pair of shorts. She greeted everyone, and quickly sat on the sofa, which had two pillows under it's cushions, to make the songbird feel more comfortable during our interview.
They warned us that the only forbidden subject was her marriage with ex-husband Tommy Mottola. But as for Luis Miguel, we wanted to know everything!

Celines: "Did you marry Luis Miguel?"
Mariah: "Am I married? No. See, I don't want to get into personal things, but no. Some people exaggerate what I say, and no one lives the life of us who are always on screen. It's hard to explain, but no we're not married."
With that simple statement, it is clear now that Mariah and Luismi never got married in Morocco. Although, she confirmed that her new love has transformed her.
Celines: "Do you think he has changed your life in a positive way?"
Mariah: "I feel like everything that happens to us in our lives is for a reason, and we learn many lessons from the people around us. But again, I don't wanna get into personal things."
Celines: "What does a man have to do to get into your heart?"
Mariah: "To me the most important thing about a person is if they have a good heart. Someone who has a good sense of humor."
Celines: "Do you talk in English or Spanish with Luis Miguel?"
Mariah: "With everyone else aside, I don't. Because I feel insecure about my accent. I have like five languages and accents mixed in my head."
We couldn't help but ask what she had to say about Thalia, Tommy Mottola's wife, who made comments about being the only star in the record company which Mariah has moved to as well.
Mariah: "You know what? I didn't even know she sang! [laughs] I thought she had worked in a soap opera, but that's all. But I have nothing to say about that, because I don't have time and I don't care."
And finally, since we all know there's Latin blood running through Mariah's veins, she decided to take advantage of the situation and practice Spanish in front of our cameras. "Adios, soy Mariah Carey. Los quiero mucho." (Bye, I'm Mariah Carey. I love you.)
