Mariah at launch party for her break-up single I Don't

Mariah Carey put on a raunchy display with her new boyfriend Bryan Tanaka at the launch party for her break-up single I Don't. The pop superstar couldn't keep her hands off the hunky dancer as she unveiled the song about her doomed engagement to James Packer.

Mariah became engaged to Australian businessman James early last year, but they split shortly before they were due to walk down the aisle. The pop diva has moved on from the split by striking up a new romance with Bryan, and she made a symbolic gesture by writing a son about her broken engagement.

She launched I Don't at a lavish launch party at Catch restaurant in Los Angeles last night, and she looked happier than ever with Bryan. In the video for the new song, sets fire to the £200,000 wedding dress she had been due to wear when she married James.

Earlier in the video, the singer was wearing the dress that had been destined for her wedding. The couple parted ways in October, amid rumours James dumped Mariah over her "extravagant spending" and rows over her new reality show Mariah's World.

The Hero hitmaker took her huge diamond engagement ring off during the finale of her reality series, Mariah's World, and abandons it on the music stand. She went on to record emotional track I Don't to show she is moving on from the doomed romance.

Is it a good idea to publicly advertise that you bought a $200k dress and then burned it? Is it a good idea to spend another $200k to rent out a nightclub and throw a party for the launch of your new single while spending $0 on marketing and promoting? No, it's not. But you only live once, so do your thing Mimi. All she wants is to be eternally sexy, festive and 12.
