Mariah Carey's ex-manager forced to sell home

Mariah Carey's former manager is offloading her luxurious mansion after getting fired and she's putting the blame for her financial ruin on the singer who has allegedly not paid her millions of dollars for years worth of work. Sources close to Stella Bulochnikov tell The Blast she listed her Calabasas mansion for sale on June 6 with an asking price of just under $5 million.

We're told Bulochnikov is unloading the property because she was "unjustly fired" by Mariah and has yet to be paid for two years worth of management services. Bulochnikov's children attend a nearby private school, and we're told she made the decision to sell the home to make sure her daughter's education was not compromised. The source told us adamantly that Bulochnikov's children "will always remain her first priority".

The house, however, is amazing. It features 5 beds, 6 baths and 6,745 sq ft of comfort and beauty. It has been remodeled since Bulochnikov bought it in 2014, and now boasts a beautiful landscaped outdoor area complete with backyard and bbq, a spa in the master bedroom with specialty vanities and an extended walk-in shower, and of course a completely revamped wardrobe closet. It also features a one of a kind custom hair salon.

If she sells at the asking price, Bulochnikov will walk away with a $2 million profit. We're told anything from the sale of the house will go directly to the children's college fund.

As we reported, a legal war has been brewing between the two after Mariah's ex-manager made it clear she was going to file a lawsuit for wrongful termination. Sources close to the situation tell us Bulochnikov is upset that Mariah has continued to live a lavish lifestyle, and she feels that the diva has been spending the money in spite of what she allegedly still owes to her former manager.

Bulorchnikov is also legally going after a lawyer she claims badmouthed her to Mariah, contributing to the deterioration of their personal and professional relationship.
