Mariah Carey oozes glamour in gorgeous gold dress

She's slimmed down to get back into shape ahead of her Vegas residency. And Mariah Carey showed off her perfect slimline figure in an Instagram video that showed her preparing to go on stage and prepping with her team backstage. The 48-year-old singer looked her very best on Saturday wearing a skin-tight, cleavage bearing gold dress.

Looking like a Greek goddess, Mariah draped her amazing body in gold sparkles while modeling for the camera. The singer's sleeveless dress showed off some serious leg with an intense split, her fit arms, and just the perfect amount of peek of her chest. Of course the original diva herself was drenched in diamonds, including a massive blinged out bracelet.

The Always Be My crooner's hair was worn down, flowing freely with several bouncing curls. Her tresses were flipped out and sat right below her shoulders and the New York native wore a full face of makeup. In the clip, she's seen prepping and twirling with her glam squad as the camera man catches the singer's beau Bryan Tanaka hanging out in the background.

Mariah is revelling in her return to the stage at The Colosseum inside Caesars Palace which runs until September. But on Monday PageSix claimed tickets have not been selling well and the 4,300 seats are far from selling out. "It's a disaster. Scalpers bought a bunch of the tix and are freaking out," a source told the site. LiveNation, however, maintained it is "pleased" with the sales.

Mariah just announced on Instagram, by posting a photo of them in the studio together, that she's making music with Jermaine Dupri again. They previously worked together on hits such as Don't Forget About Us, Always Be My Baby and We Belong Together, which won the Grammy for Best R&B Song in 2006.

Carey and Dupri have worked closely together through the years, as he acted as her manager between the years of 2005 and 2014, parting after her album Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse debuted to tepid sales that spring.
