Mariah fires back at Eminem, new album a hit?

Not only has Mariah Carey fired back after a troublesome 12 months with the release of a new album, but she's also firing back at rapper Eminem. The controversial rapper told Rolling Stone magazine in June that he didn't like the superstar: "On the whole personal level, I'm not really feeling it. I just don't like her as a person. I learned a lesson from it: Don't believe the hype... She doesn't really have it all together."

With the December release of her new album fast approaching, Carey has taken the opportunity to let Eminem know how she feels. In a song titled Clown, she writes: "You should have never intimated we were lovers. I gotta break it to you delicately - who's gonna love you when it's over? Who's gonna care?"

More details of the album were revealed at an exclusive listening party held in a New York planetarium last week. Most interestingly, her cover of Def Leopard classic, Bringin' On The Heartbreak. Of the cover Fox News writes, "I know it sounds weird, and that it probably won't work, but guess what? At last night's listening party for Carey's new disk, this was one of the many applauded tracks on an album full of potential hits. She should have been washed up by now. But somehow, against all the odds, Mariah Carey is about to stage a huge comeback."
