Troubled pop diva dallies with Diddy

Fallen pop diva Mariah Carey, who suffered a nervous breakdown last year, seems to have a thing for bad-boy rappers. It seems Carey, who is making a comeback in the US with a new record and occasional performances, is reportedly obsessed with hip-hop mogul Sean P. Diddy. Carey, who has sold 125 million albums world-wide, believes P. Diddy is the only person who can revive her career, and she's doing everything she can to secure his services. The pair were recently at a party in New York, where Carey made her feelings known to the man who is credited with creating huge music stars and who even guided ex-lover Jennifer Lopez' successful crossover from film to funk.

"Mariah was gushing all over Puffy", a fellow party guest reports. "He gave her a peck on the cheek, but she couldnt keep her hands off him. It looked like she wanted everyone to see her with Sean." Carey's courting of P. Diddy follows her relationship with white-boy rapper Eminem. The pair dated in secret earlier this year, but it ended in tears. A former nanny of Eminems little girl has told newspapers in the US the rapper gave Carey her marching orders, after being driven crazy by her mood swings and drinking binges. Eminem has since found solace in the arms of actor Brittany Murphy, who plays his lover in his hit film 8 Mile.

This article is total nonsense in regards to Mariah and Sean Combs. They have known each other since the mid-90's and Mariah worked and was friends with P.Diddy long before his relationship with Jennifer Lopez. To allege Mariah's "drinking binges" led to the demise of her relationship with Eminem is not only unfounded, but utterly offensive. And the fact no relationship existed also illustrates the extent of this so-called journalists' (Michael McKenna) research. If you are as annoyed as we are at this article and the Sunday Telegraph for publishing such rubbish then let them know.
