High-pitched songbird Mariah Carey is taking her traveling diva show on a whirlwind world tour starting Valentine's Day, and it's her first outing in, like, seven years or something. Dubbed "Mariah's Rainbow Tour - One Night Only!" (which doesn't explain the two-month stint, but oh, well), the road trip finds the bodacious one settling down in nine North American cities come March and April.
