Industry news: Oz single release October
After a failed Def Jam debut and a serious career slump, Mariah Carey is looking to recapture the spotlight. Carey is planning a new album and looking to hit the stage in a leading role in the London production of The Prince & The Show Girl, plus a possible TV show of her own.
Mariah's rejuvenated enthusiasm comes from her new manager Benny Medina (the man who launched Jennifer Lopez's success and currently manages Ricky Martin), who has got R. Kelly, L.A.
