Carey's colonics
Sounds gross, but colonics can "help you lose one to three pounds in a day," reports Susan Lombardi of We Care Health Center and Retreat in Desert Hot Springs, California. Just ask Mariah Carey, 34, Gwen Stefani, 34, and Liv Tyler, 27. They have all forked over $3,500 for the We Care's one-week juice fast and daily colonic, "to flush out their systems and rid themselves of unwanted toxins," Lombardi says of the program.
