Details about Mariah's VMA performance
Mariah has arrived at Miami and checked in at the National Hotel's penthouse suites. Mariah will rehearse today, August 27th at 8:30pm. MTV will be filming the rehearsal. Mariah is determined to perform at the National Hotel. If the weather is bad, MTV will show the pre-taped rehearsal film during the live awards show.
Mariah will be performing "We Belong Together" with DJ Clue, Jadakiss and Styles P. There will be a 30 seconds break where she'll change clothes and come back to perform "Shake It Off" with Jermaine Dupri.
Mariah has the biggest set among the performers and is the show's headliner. A pool deck is being built to use as a stage for Mariah's performance at the National Hotel. A helicopter will be filming Mariah from the top and there will be swimmers in the pool. (Mariah Daily)
