The new MariahHero.com message board
MariahHero.com launched its message board in 2003. The concept of the Mariah Hero MB was to be a friendly place where Mariah's music fans could express themselves and at the same time meet new people from around the world. Swiftly, the message board gathered loyal and friendly members, many of these are still part of the community.
The Mariah Hero MB is perhaps the only Mariah community online having different activities for its members beside the boards. Back in 2004, Mariah Hero ran its chat room, which every so often schedules chat sessions with games and prizes - for free. The staff also picks a "Fanatic" every month, this fan is selected because of his/her high participation with Mariah Hero.
Last year, the "VIP Room", a place dedicated for multimedia exchange, was moved to be part of the message boards. Now, there are lots of fans sharing their music files. Furthermore, last summer we also sent out I.D Cards and stickers to all the good members. Mariah Hero sent these to over 20 different countries and will ship new I.D Cards during the spring.
So far, the message boards have gathered over 1200 registered members and still counting. Mariah Hero is celebrating the new additions in the community with new contests and with the new radio station, which plays selected Mariah's music. The Mariah Hero MB is excited to meet new people.
