R&B diva Mariah Carey gets honors for "legs of goddess"
Not since Betty Grable has there been such a fuss over a woman's gams, but apparently Mariah Carey is bringing the time-honored tradition of fabulous legs back into the spotlight. In a New York City ceremony, R&B/Pop singing sensation Mariah Carey is reportedly to be honored for having the "Celebrity Legs of a Goddess", which comes as no surprise to the diva-licious singer's fans. Ever since she was a kid, you could see the length of her legs would be an incredible asset to her adorable looks, and with a voice like a goddess, the girl was a sure winner from the git-go.
Pretty impressive for a lady who was being written off as a fat cow (Moo-Riah) just a few short months ago. Also during the ceremony, a 16-foot tall likeness of the 36-year-old "goddess" is supposed to be unveiled, so expect all the New York news stations to be out in force to cover the event.
Carey also reportedly is to announce the dates of her upcoming tour during the Radio City Music Hall press conference May 30. (Post Chronicle)
