The honeymoon may be over for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon - but the two are obviously
still basking in newlywedded bliss. Cannon was hard at work Thursday night, playing DJ
at an Operation Smile fund-raising event in New York City. And his new bride - wearing
five-inch heels and a fitted Ralph Lauren dress - was there to show her support.
So, two weeks after their surprise island nuptials, how is married life going? "Fantastic,"
Carey told People. Later, she added, "It's a stone smash!" (Carey is an ambassador for
Operation Smile, which provides surgery to children with cleft palates and other facial
Cannon also took time out from spinning to sing his wife's praises. "It's a beautiful
thing," the Wild N' Out star told People of their marriage. "It's a beautiful situation...

So has he learned any of Carey's quirks since they've started living together? "I've been

Mariah's recent vocal mishaps haven't changed how I feel about her or her songs. In fact I'd argue it's made me love her even more and made her more relatable. She's Mariah Carey and I'll always support her because she's earned my loyalty. (Thursday 30 July 2015; 21:00)
