Mariah attends "Tennessee" screening at festival
Tennessee, the feature film starring Mariah has been chosen as one of the Spotlight Films at the Urbanworld Film Festival. Mariah attended the screening of the film on Friday, September 12 2008, at the AMC Loews 34th St. Theatres in NY.
After the screening, a Q&A session took place on stage with producer Lee Daniels and actors from the cast. Several fans got to ask Mariah questions about "Right To Dream", the original song she wrote for "Tennessee" and about her learning experience during the making of the film. Daniels happily announced to the audience that the film's official theatrical release is scheduled for December 19, 2008. (MariahCarey.com)
