Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon support LA Reid
Looking as loved-up as ever, newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were spotted at the launch of Antonio "LA" Reid's Le Metier De Beaute cosmetics at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City last night. The "Always Be My Baby" songstress and her studly husband posed together on the red carpet with Carey looking fabulous in a conservative deep purple dress with strappy silver heels, while Cannon opted for a grey three-piece suit with a pink shirt/tie combo.
And it sounds like Mariah will have a chance to redeem herself from her disastrous performance in the feature film "Glitter" with a role in a bona fide indie flick. The "Touch My Body" babe stars in "Tennessee", set for a December release. She reportedly plays a spirited woman who is running away from her abusive husband. (Gossip Girls)
