Wynonna gets a visit from Britney Spears
Wynonna Judd was in a Los Angeles recording studio last Friday (March 2) with her baby sister, Ashley Judd, listening to a few songs from Wynonna's upcoming project; when teen pop sensations Britney Spears and 'N Sync's Justin Timberlake stopped in to say hello.
Wynonna said that Spears was amazing, kind, and respectful on their first-ever meeting, and wanted to know everything the country singer was doing. Spears even told Wynonna that she performed the Judds' "Love Can Build A Bridge" several years ago on TV's Star Search. Wynonna returned the compliment to the pop superstar by telling her that she and her children are big fans, and that she recently got up in front of a small crowd and sang Spears's "Baby One More Time" to a karaoke tape.
Just a week earlier, in the same Los Angeles studio, Madonna and Mariah Carey were recording and checking out the schedule to see who was coming in to cut songs. Both stars noted to Wynonna's producer, Shep Crawford, that they loved Wynonna and her music. (Launch)
