Mariah to perform at UK Obama show?
Watch out, Wembley, Mariah Carey's coming to town. The Buzz revealed last week that The X Factor's Sinitta was in talks with Mariah over an April concert to celebrate Barack Obama's election as US President. Now we're pleased to report that she's signed on the dotted line.
"Mariah is confirmed and we're waiting to hear if Obama himself will be coming for the concert," Sinitta told us at the Look magazine Fashion Swap party. And while she's getting help from pal Simon Cowell, she's not convinced he's as focused on the project as she is.
"As I've never done this sort of thing before, Simon is helping in every way that he can. He is definitely making the most of being single. He's enjoying it a little too much for my liking!" (The London Paper - Mariah Connection)
