Mariah Carey is eight weeks ... into dog ownership. But she's not pregnant, despite baby
bump rumors that started after she was photographed in a tight, peach dress Easter Sunday.
"I don't know what was worse, the bright peach dress or the b.s. commentary/blogs," she
said in a Twitter message to her fans.
Carey's hubby, Nick Cannon, is in a family-building mood, telling Us magazine that he bought
his wife a dog for their one-year anniversary. Cha-Cha, 8 weeks old, is a short-haired
Jack Russell terrier. As for the dress - and her "hair" - it was not suitable for the "red
carpet", Carey said in her Tweet. She added, "And if I gained a few pounds ... my trainer's
back living with me."
Carey's rep repeated the denial to Newsday, and also took down reports that the music-making
duo spent Easter Sunday at a fertility clinic. "Nick and Mariah spent Easter Sunday with
family in Southern California," the rep said. Carey's fans seem urgently to want the Greenlawn
native in a family way. In November, talk show host Ellen DeGeneres tried tricking Carey into
"People are saying that you're pregnant ... let's just toast that with Champagne," DeGeneres
told her guest. Carey denied being pregnant, but declined the drink, anyway, noting
"Champagne's just fattening".

Like a vocal testimony that took me to church. This version of the song brought me to tears the other night. But it was kinda lame about texting to get a copy of t... read more (Friday 22 May 2015; 14:30)

Has anyone seen this performance? She failed to hit the rest of the whistle notes (see how she changed the failed whistle part to "high in the sky"). Great clarity and tone, she was simply divine here. After all these years, she still amazes me. (Friday 22 May 2015; 13:14)
A revisit of this Hero performance (53,661)

I don't know if many lambs have seen this performance but I love this. Her performing Hero on Jay Leno way back when. I've never seen this until like yesterday and it's pure perfection. This is one of those where she can just stand there and sing but not stiffed and awkward. (Friday 22 May 2015; 12:53)
