Nick Cannon: I've always been attracted to older women
When Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey first met, it was more than just love at first sight. "We connected at a spiritual level," Cannon, 29, told George Lopez Wednesday on Lopez Tonight about his wife of two years. "We are both kids at heart," he said. "She is the funniest person ever and she has a great sense of humor."
While their 12-year age difference may have initially surprised some fans, Cannon tells Lopez that he's always been "a little attracted to women that were a little older than me". "I even lost my virginity to an older lady," he revealed. "She was in high school and I was in junior high."
And though Carey may or may not be called "mom" sometime soon - the actress and singer abruptly pulled out of an upcoming movie, prompting speculation that she may be pregnant - Canon says her current title at home is simply "diva".
"Imagine if you've got the diva of all divas," he said. "If we gotta be somewhere at five or six o'clock, I tell her it's time to go at noon so she gets those five hours to do what she needs to do." (People)
