Re: I've been under a rock (71,500) (71,515) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Replying Edward is something I could. But I don't think I should. You know, we love everybody. Now then, let it be known that I knew what "on repeat" meant as well. I just didn't know why everyone was jabbering about "Charmbracelet" at length, neither why they were shooting the breeze alongside the words "on repeat". Thank you, Ribbon for kindly and readily answering me.

I've been under a rock (71,492) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Sorry for asking the obvious (maybe), but I've tried to figure it out myself - failed. Many lambs here have been talking about Mariah Carey's "Charmbracelet" a lot, entitling their posts with the album name followed by an intriguing "on repeat". Why? Thanks in advance. Love, appreciate and enjoy y'all, my fellow lambies.

Article: Mariah Carey enjoys some retail therapy in Beverly Hills (71,141) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Mariah was serving Glitter realness with that side-swept curly ponytail in her latest out-and-about moment in Beverly Hills. Who else realized that? And who else realized that she was all smiles in there. Honestly, I don't think her career really keeps taking hits now. This piece about promoters in Chile lodging a lawsuit in a Los Angeles court in the next few days after she cancelled a South American tour last year is, to me, just a piece. I'll let you guess of what, assured that my fellow Lambily members are smart enough to get it. C'mon. How could I have not noticed that yet? 2017 already there, trying to take MiMi away from us. Get your hence, sir. Headlines won't do anything to our girl.

Re: Article: Mariah facing huge legal battle after cancelling tour (71,102) (71,132) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
I'm one of the Brazilian lambs who's had the show cancelled on, and I assure you they did a mass refund for all ticket holders I know/talked to here in South America. So, whoever said to you they didn't should get their refund back to the CC they used to purchase the tickets without having to do anything. Now then, if it's true that Mariah just canceled the shows because of her break up with James, being sued is just normal. That's business, my darling. Tour promoters do not care if she feels bad after a break up. Right away, she tried to blame them (maybe they really did a bad job, who knows?). Ugh. It turned into a whole freaking thing and I think there's more to it that we are not seeing. Mariah's clearly going through something very distressing because she usually gives her performances 110%, but lately she's not really been performing - it's either a lip-sync job or she doesn't turn up. Now is this legal battle going to make things even worse? I don't know. She needs to get it all sorted ASAP.

Does Mariah Carey need a better gaydar? Nah (54,054) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Some lambs say, "Mariah keeps leaving with a gayboy everytime." It is a symbolic thing, darlings. If you noticed from the "IInfinity" music video, there are 3 types of men appearing, similar like Nick (Tyson Beckford) and the older guy (similar like Tommy, her first husband) and then Jussie Smollet, a "coincidentally" openly gay guy. As you know, most of the male lambs are gay, in which she gets their love and support "to infinity".

To Jewel from USA on "Why the glove on the right hand?" (49,662) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Hey, lambie. I also wonder what's with the glove? Imho, it's supposed to be the signature of this era. Back in E=MC2 era, she used to wear a Hello Kitty band-aid on her hand as a signature trend, too. Anyway, it's commercial: she wasn't wearing it on Ellen; she only wears it onstage. All that money and tacky onstage clothes. Why?

To Baby from Sweden on "5H lyrics to Like Mariah" (49,451) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
I do highly agree with you that the song is good. In addition, reaching out to a younger audience is still good to Mariah. Now then, Tyga shouts out two of music's leading ladies delivering the following: “You’re so sadiddy, like Aaliyah, Mariah Carey. You stay winning.” Since you hadn't understood it, there you go. And "sadiddy" is someone who "acts" as if she or he is completely superior towards another person.

Jamaica Jazz (49,418) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Wow. Mimi plans a special show for Jamaica's Jamaica Jazz. She's completely ready to snatch the glory for the Caribbean.

Mariah at Nick and Amber: "I don't know them" (49,404) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
I still imagine Mimi being unmoved, say, if she and Nick were two Lego blocks, even the Harvard University graduating class of 2010 couldn't put them back together again. Not funny.

For the nostalgia (49,400) by Vítor Henrique Pereira from Brazil
Unedited audio from Mariah Carey's 1990 debut showcase concert at the Tattoo Club? Oh, I totally lost my shit. Mariah Carey's whole, unedited concert for MTV's Unplugged series? It is to die, dahling. [...]
