The time has come (83,400) by OGmattyICE from US My love for Mariah hasn't dwindled but unfortunately the time has come for me to sell my Mariah memorabilia collection. You name it I have it. All new and used rare posters, T-shirts, CD's, singles, 12" vinyls, 7" vinyls, cassettes, VHS, DVD, laserdisc, magazines, magazine clippings, pin-ups, Honey B. Fly stuff, official fan club letters from the early 90's and much more. So much I can't even count. I have religiously collected these things over the years and it's all in great condition. I saw her live for the first time ever in Vegas in May (which happened to be the show they filmed Infinity at) and was considering seeing her again in Vegas coming up in a few months and was seeing what you all thought? Mimi L. (53,222) by OGmattyICE from US Well she ran through the 19 songs live, then they asked as many fans to stay for 3 takes. Brett Ratner was there which was really cool because I grew up watching the Rush Hour movies and I respect him a great deal as a director. Anyways, Brett was talking as action was being filmed directing the crowd to go nuts and whatnot. The studio version of Infinity was playing and Mariah lipping just for show. Pretty much the same thing happened 3 times. They'd start from the top, dark then pull the curtains back as the song started. I remember Mariah constantly thanked the crowd for staying between takes. I was there (53,213) by OGmattyICE from US Just wanted to let this board know I went to the May 9th show in Vegas. (my first time seeing Mariah live ever) and I was extremely satisfied with the show. Being there solidified my thinking that Mariah is a true legend and seeing all her fans with me was quite overwhelming. I love seeing the dedication us lambs pay for her. I sat next to 3 girls who I didn't know and struck conversation and they were so sweet. Mariah's voice was spectacular. It wasn't perfect, but she definitely still can hit the belts/notes that no other artist tries to. It also is incredible that she shot 3 versions of the Infinity video afterwards and to know that I was a part of that is really cool. It makes me curious that if her voice sounds this good at 25 years into her career what it would've sounded like in the 90's. I wish I wasn't so young hahaha. My favorite part believe it or not was I'll Be There just for the nostalgia. Seeing Trey Lorenz and her singing together after all this time was beautiful. Here's an idea (52,517) by OGmattyICE from US I'm not sure if this strategy has worked before but here's my pitch: I checked the return policy of most stores (Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart) and you can return items for a full refund 15 days after purchase. May 18th is the release of #1 to Infinity. For chart purposes buy as many copies from those stores you can that sales week so it counts towards Infinity singles and album chart sales. Then once the official Billboard charts come out the next week you can return all the cd's for a full refund. I'm not sure the rules of this or if this has worked previously but It was an idea if it makes sense. Thoughts? (Wednesday 29 April 2015; 3:24)

Number ones (52,485) by OGmattyICE from US Hi I don't post very often. Just from observing some folk, it's hard to fathom some fans go haywire if Infinity doesn't go #1. Take into consideration Mariah already has more #1's than any solo artist ever. I'm no sure what some of you are concerned with. I am very supportive and doing everything in my power to get it #1 and really hope it does, but if it doesn't peak at #1 I won't be disappointed. Get real with your expectations and be grateful she's still making an effort at what she loves. (Tuesday 28 April 2015; 18:50)

Interview inquiry (49,009) by OGmattyICE from US Hi lambily, I don't check in very often but I would like to say "Hi I'm still alive." I also came to ask for assistance about a certain interview. Here is an interview I have watched and it's Weird Al doing a parody interview with Mariah from it looks to be around 1993/1994 era. I was just asking if anyone knew anything about the real interview or when this video was filmed or for what source. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to watch the actual interview. Ultimate greatest Mimi hits (46,631) by OGmattyICE from US Something festive I think we can all participate in is I've been thinking if I were in charge of compiling a new Mariah Carey Greatest Hits album to be sold to markets, and it was a dual disc, 20 track compilation, what 20 songs would you put on there? Personally I would include some of her biggest hits along with some songs that might not be widely known to the general public such as songs that were personal to mimi or helped shape her career or personality (i.e. Looking In). or for example, I'd choose "I'll Be There" because its special that a live recording became #1 (that doesn't happen these days). So without further ado, here's my 20 track Greatest Mariah Hits that I would make for the person who doesn't follow Mariah's story (these are not necessarily in particular order). 1. Ken, not moving (45,844) by OGmattyICE from US I'm right with you on that one. I have absolutely no problem whatsoever with her being statuesque on stage. In fact that's the way she's done it since basically her debut. All there needs to be is a microphone mixed with Mariah's voice, and if you have that, you have pure gold. I mean really, would you rather see her "twerking" and dancing with inflatable penises like some "anonymous" artists are doing today? No. She holds herself to a higher standard than to do something like that, and I find inspiration from that and model my integrity after her and love her even more for not doing it. Whether you're serious or just trolling, it's ruining experiences for true fans like myself. So you've really done it now. I support Mariah 100% and you people make no sense to me. I wish there was a blog where everyone was optimistic. I'd pay to see you say your words to Mariah's face. She's proud of what she's accomplished. I'm in heaven (43,142) by OGmattyICE from US Yesss (in all caps). This album gives me life. The only downside I have is I was hoping it would be released on my birthday May 11th haha oh jealous me. But 5/27 is excellent and I can't wait for it. In fact I have no complaints whatsoever having it be the first released album since I became a Lamb. I'm in heaven. She said it's mostly for the fans who have been there since the beginning, and yet Ive only been a fan for like 2 years so far and I already feel like I'm included in this group of long-lasting lambs. It's a super awesome feeling. I feel so blessed and honored to be part of the greatest fan base I've ever witnessed. I love all of you deeply.
