About NYHotShotta from USA:

Re: Collaboration / The Elusive Chanteuse Show (57,347) by NYHotShotta from USA
I want Mariah to collaborate with Amel Larrieux from Groove Theory. Amel produces and writes her solo music with her husband and I think they can make magic. Also I want her to do some records with this producers named R8dio (produced Travis Garland and Dumblonde) and Dem Jointz (produced some tracks on the Straight Outta Compton soundtrack as well as for Danity Kane and Dumblonde) and songwriter Candice Pillay (wrote some tracks on the Straight Outta Compton soundtrack, cowrote American Oxygen by Rihanna, wrote with Dumblonde for their album, and she has her own music).
I was re-watching performances from Elusive Chanteuse Show and there were moments where Mariah had some amazing vocal moments. Watch this and skip to 4:55-5:05, 5:20-5:21 and 5:52-5:55.

Band Intro (56,986) by NYHotShotta from USA
So I've been watching Mariah's band introductions from the CB tour and they are amazing. Mariah and her backup singers sound great, she should do this again. Some of my favorites: Japan (Mariah and her singers 1:08-1:40 and Mariah 2:43-3:15 and Mariah introducing her singers 3:50-5:30 ), NY (Mariah 1:25-1:28 and Taketha Johnson 3:50-3:58), Switzerland (Mariah 0:49-1:11 and Taketha Johnson 3:50-4:05), LA (Mariah 0:35-0:51 and Taketha Johnson 3:50-04:00), San Jose (Taketha Johnson 41:15-41:30 and Maryann Tatum 45:28-45:45), Atlantic City (Mariah 1:40-1:50), Chicago (Mariah 55:00-55:20 and Taketha Johnson 57:45-58:05), South Korea (Mariah 0:25-0:35), Germany (Sherry Tatum 51:01-51:15).

Music video (54,069) by NYHotShotta from USA
I have to agree with many of you the video didn't live up to any expectations. Originally, they said the video was gonna be amazing and have all these kind of stunts. I think the video needed a more variety of different scenes and shots just like the WBT and DFAU music videos. I think they could have her perform in the middle of the Vegas strip with all those lights in the background sort of like the cover of the Glitter soundtrack or those shots in The Roof video where she's singing on top of the limo.

Re: Opening of One World Observatory from Mike (54,031) by NYHotShotta from USA
Mariah performed Infinity at the opening and I saw a clip of her singing We Belong Together. She sounded good. She probably did a few songs.

Mariah did tweet that the video is coming out at 3am eastern time.

Christmas album (53,938) by NYHotShotta from USA
Also I agree with others I don't understand why she wants to re-release the Christmas album again. I think this time she should just do the Beacon Theater performances, having them be heavily promoted this time around. I think she should work on her building up her stamina and voice for the next era and I think she should rebrand herself again. She's had this "glamorous dress" phase since the Angels Advocate tour. She should mix it up, maybe even brings back the curly hair.

Advice (53,936) by NYHotShotta from USA
Yes Mariah has an amazing career and she has nothing left to prove, but I agree with JD and some of the other lambs who feel she does tend to get lazy, especially recently. I felt like if you're gonna release an album, shoot a music or have a Vegas residency where your fans shell money to support you should be on top of your game. Whatever she did to prepare for the Beacon Theater concerts she should do now or it seems she's getting there because she voice is getting better from show to show. She should take the criticisms that her friends such as Nate Morris from Boyz II Men and JD have given her seriously. Mariah has way much more to give musically and MIAM has shown that. On another note I applaud her for the interviews she has been doing for this era. The interviews she had during the MIAM era were all over the place at times. This time around, she has been staying on topic throughout and even when the interviews shift she always brings it back to the music.

Mariah and Damizza (53,732) by NYHotShotta from USA
Someone posted an article about producer Damizza and his love affair with Mariah. Many of the lambs know Damizza. If you don't, he's the on that produced some of Mariah's songs like I Still Believe/Pure Imagination, Crybaby, If We, etc. Here he claims he had a relationship with Mariah. Some of the things he said about her being lonely and never having real interactions with people are kinda sad. But idk if I believe they were intimate who knows.

Re: Infinity remix / 2015 a cappella (53,690) by NYHotShotta from USA
I agree, I would like an old school feel for the Infinity remix, maybe sing it with Faith Evans or SWV with an 80's or 90's hip-hop or r&b sample. Also check out a new cappella from this year.

BBMA's / Whitney vs. Mariah (53,451) by NYHotShotta from USA
I don't understand why people are comparing and contrasting Whitney and Mariah. They were power vocalists who sound better than most people on any given day. I think Mariah did fine on the BBMA's. I'm glad she didn't completely lip synch. The best part was the end of Infinity when she hit the high note and got a large cheer from the crowd. It's funny how they cut to that clip of J.Lo clapping. Her facial expression confused me.

Re: Infinity (enhanced mix) John from Italy (52,877) by NYHotShotta from USA
That's cool, what program did you use and how did you extend the long notes?

Re: Infinity Enhanced Mix (entire) by John (52,847) by NYHotShotta from USA
Did you make that enhanced mix of Infinity because I like it much better than the original. I like how the long notes at the end were extended a little bit longer, I love when Mariah sings long notes. I like the route Mariah went with Infinity. I just wish the lyrics were written like how she used to write them. If she does create some remixes I hope they're resung with either some dope harmonies or belts. Also, think Mary Ann and Taketha would have done great singing background vocals on Infinity, if she does remixes I hope they're on it.

Re: Randy - Fantasy remix (52,059) by NYHotShotta from USA
I'm one of the lambs who's never heard that remix before lol. I actually prefer this one over both original and remix versions because I like how it combines both choruses. I always like in the remix how at 3:36 of that video where she sings the words "Heaven" and "Fantasy" simultaneously and she ends up harmonizing. I always wonder if that was intentional or not. It would be dope if she got Diddy, Missy and Timbaland, or the Trackmasters to do a 90's style remix to Infinity.

Re: E=MC2 by John / Infinity (52,056) by NYHotShotta from USA
I think the reason E=MC2 wasn't as big as it could have been was because of the singles released. I think Mariah wanted Migrate to be a single, probably the second single but the label decided to go with her standard formula where the first single is an uptempo record and the second single is a ballad. I think the record label should have made Migrate the second single instead of Bye Bye because it's a great song and it was a kind of record Mariah had never done before. All the reviews I've heard for Infinity have been great. I hope it is a song she can sing live and I hope it gives that throwback feel like Dedicated or Meteorite gives. I hope the music video is amazing because she hasn't had great music videos in awhile.

#1 To Infinity (51,852) by NYHotShotta from USA
I was actually hoping she'd have four new songs on there like the #1's album had. I'm also hoping she has some behind the scenes footage, interviews, live performances as well.

Re: Mimi L / carpool karaoke (51,249) by NYHotShotta from USA
She said in the video she was up all night or all morning or something like that so that's why sounded like that. She probably was singing in the studio all night so that's why she couldn't deliver the pristine vocals you were hoping for. But I thought it was good to see her be cool and not worry about lighting or camera angles.

Mariah's look (51,088) by NYHotShotta from USA
I don't understand why this article is bashing Mariah's dinner look. She looks great, I like that she's brought back those natural curls because they look really good on her. Her outfit is also really nice. Damn blogs smh lol.

Lillie's Blues (Can't Turn You Loose) (50,371) by NYHotShotta from USA
Anybody know if there was an official release of this song? For you guys who don't know, this was the song Mariah's character Billy, in Glitter, sings when she's younger with her mom.

Nate Boyz II Men (49,837) by NYHotShotta from USA
I don't understand how some of you view Nathan's advice as "shady" or "slanderous" when he tastefully told the truth. He isn't messing up her Vegas show because no matter what condition her voice is in, some people don't care, they're still gonna attend. I think he is right, she needs to get back to the Mariah that used to record her demos in that make shift studio. The Mariah who practically begged her mother to give her vocal lessons. She should use these string of bad performances as inspiration to make her Vegas residency 10 times better than anything she's done recently.
