Negative Nancy (95,484) by Paul from Usa I'm sorry to sound so negative. Truly. I adore Mariah. But I feel a little short changed with [The Rarities] track list. We can scrap the live versions from Tokeyo Dome [sic]. I'm positive everyone of those songs is etched in my memory from rewatching those videos over and over again. I'm not that excited that it's on disc now. But definitely excited that it's available for streaming services and authorized. But tell me, am I the only one feeling a little jipped by her most popular B sides? Hear me out. It's MC30. She's already been releasing so much previously heard rare/unheard/not for popular release tracks and remixes week by week. And I'm very thankful for this. And I realize this is especially exciting for fans who are avid release collectors (just as I used to be). But I would've loved, in their place something new, something different. I realize this is appropriate for this album. But like I said. They have been released. It's not like they were buried in the volt. What do you guys think? As far as my collection, sadly it was lost due to someone else's negligence, I started collecting again, and it was destroyed in a fire. Otherwise I'd continue to collect. Music Box is not pop per say (95,483) by Paul from Usa I consider [Music Box] to be an adult contemporary album. But back in 1993 pop was a blanket genre for a variety of music that was "Popular". Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Janet Jackson, [Rod Stewart], Aerosmith were all listed as "pop" Pop in 1993, in my own opinion would have been [Ace of Base], [Aqua], [Robbie Williams], etc. and today I think it easily translates into music by Katy Perry, Lady Gaga etc. (Friday 11 September 2020; 04:56)

"The beautiful ones" and "Boy I need you" (55,251) by Paul from Usa I like both songs. Especially "The beautiful ones", the ending is amazing. All the rifts and vocal acrobats. One thing about it I dislike is Dru Hill's cameo. It doesn't sound like a duet, it sounds as if they worked separately on this song. I like "Boy (I need you)" but find the original is a little slow to be a jam. There is a remix who does it justice. (Monday 13 July 2015; 18:08)

I happened to see a few comments made by him on YouTube and he is trashing Mariah badly. Fine that's his opinion but he used to dump on anyone who had any constructive criticism. Sorry. How do you solve a problem like Mariah? (49,628) by Paul from Usa Mariah. You'll ABMB, but you need some guidance and direction. I saw her this Christmas at one of the AIWFCIY concerts, and she renewed my love for her with her performance. She came out on stage (just after her lousy Rockefeller Center tree lighting stint) and proved everyone wrong. That she could sing, perform and the voice was still there. These lazy lip syncing appearances are hard to watch. It almost seems she doesn't know what to do on stage. What I don't understand about Mariah is why she doesn't put her older songs to rest, and start writing songs that cater to her new voice. Madonna has evolved. Infact she hates singing her older songs. Do you think Mariah watches her appearances? And critiques herself? I don't think she does. I also think she reins all the power in her career and it's clear she needs a helping hand. Poor Mariah. I want what's best for her. I want her to have a healthy and happy life and career. Perhaps she should take a break and concentrate on spending time with her children. Enjoy life. Take a long vacation. (Monday 2 February 2015; 16:48)

What is the chance and likelyhood that I'll actually meet her outside of the venue before the show? It it worth standing in the blistering cold just for her to run in because she's cold herself? I hate when people say things about people without checking to see if the sources are trustworthy and factual. Wendy Williams has a lot of nerve. Will from England / Mariah calaborations / lip singing (44,445) by Paul from Usa I really wish she'd shead the rappers, and bring some female singers on her her songs. Could you imagine Celine, Janet, Beyoncé, Shania, or someone younger like her younger fans that look up to her. I wish sometimes she'd bite the bullet and let go of all the drama and diva-ish behavior that goes on between her and other female vocalist. Like JLo. I wish on Divas Live she would have been more cooperative with the other genre singers (Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Faith Hill etc). Mariah was not lip singing on that special. Today Show (43,677) by Paul from Usa I was a little disappointed to hear her sing "Obsessed" and "Touch My Body". Sounded really really rough. I enjoyed "Don't Know What To Do". It reminded me of "Don't Stop"from a Glitter. I'm halfway through the performance. Hope a new song will be sung, or whichever one she sings is from her heart. (Friday 16 May 2014; 15:04)

Thirsty. (43,583) by Paul from Usa I've given this song many listens. I'm still disappointed. I knew it from the first utter of the first line. I don't need to listen to it over and over again to know if I like it if not. What difference does it make if it's been out less than 24 hours? It's not being negative. It's being truthful. Why can't I give my opinion of this song without being stoned by you lamb fans? That's like eating around the hair on the plate of food that was served to you at a restaurant. I'm going to speak up and let you know something is wrong. The charts will tell the truth. Personally. I don't like the song, and it will be a song I exclude from any collection. What happened to this album being a "peaks and valleys" of her life? How many songs have to have a guest rapper on them? This album is starting to smell. So far we have been strung along, delayed and delayed for this? For a handful of new songs (because we've already heard 4-5 of them). Ultra photoshopped album art, from a photoshoot last year? Idk about you all but I feel the music is less about the fans, and more about what Mariah wants, and a paycheck. This song sounds dated, and way to much going on throughout it.
