As Carey lip-syncs to Drake's 2018 track "Nonstop" with some help from her longtime love and glam squad, the lights flicker to reveal everyone transformed into festive all-green outfits - complete with a green bobbed wig, sparkling bowler hat and light-up shamrock earrings for the superstar.
"Happy St. Patrick's Day, everybody," Carey captioned the clip, adding a pair of green heart and clover emojis. She also urged her followers, "Stay home and stay safe," referencing the ongoing coronavirus outbreak around the globe.
