confessed that she has just said "hello" to life as the wife of actor Nick Cannon. As
the sun sank beneath the ocean waves on April 30, 2008 the bride clutched a bouquet of
ivory roses and walked in a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes along a white aisle runner
which blanketed the sands on her Windermere Island estate in the Bahamas. The path led
her to the shore's edge, where the couple were united in matrimony as they looked out on
a horizon which seemed to stretch to infinity.
Although the bride has donned dresses by the world's top designers over the years, for her
wedding Mariah was a vision as she spoke her vows in a curve-conscious, off-white creation
from designer familiar with her physique - Nile Cmylo, who fashioned the frocks for her
Adventures of Mimi tour. The groom opted for a classic white on white suit from Balenciaga.
The couple share their special day with their fans in People magazine, which goes on sale
May 9, 2008.
