Mariah Carey debuts with "Infinity"

As previously reported, Wiz Khalifa's Furious 7 soundtrack smash "See You Again", featuring Charlie Puth, tops the Billboard Hot 100 (dated May 16) for a fourth week. Plus, T-Wayne's viral hit "Nasty Freestyle" reaches the top 10, surging 17-9. Who else makes big moves on the Hot 100 this week?

Mariah Carey, "Infinity"

The superstar debuts on the Hot 100 at No. 82 with her new breakup ballad, following the May 6 launch of her Las Vegas residency, Mariah Carey #1's, and ahead of the show's May 18 companion hits set #1 to Infinity. The album has direct ties to the Hot 100, as it's her first collection housing all 18 of her No. 1s, the most by a soloist in the chart's history. (Only the Beatles boast more, with 20.)

"Infinity" starts with 26,000 downloads sold and 1.8 million U.S. streams (without the benefit of a proper official video, only a lyric clip). Carey collects her 47th Hot 100 entry (and does so just ahead of the 25th anniversary of her first appearance on the chart). She's set to perform, along with a host of many other stars, on the May 17 Billboard Music Awards.
