Mariah Carey's H.A.T.E.U. video
My favorite artist of all time, Mariah Carey, has debuted a new video for her single H.A.T.E.U from the "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" album. The video for the song was directed by the fabulous (and good friend of Mariah's) Brett Ratner. While the video is simply shot on Malibu beach, there isn't a whole lot of action other than Mariah donning a swimsuit and rocking it quite well, I might add. The song is fabulous. The video, on the other hand, is a bit bleak. Sure, Mariah shows emotion and expressed it via her singing, but in my opinion the video could have been more entertaining. Lambs, don't jump on me. I'm just being real!
"H.A.T.E.U." is the third single from Mariah's latest album and there is an official remix of the song that has been produced by Jermaine Dupri and features additional verses from OutKast's Big Boi, Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman. In February of 2010, you can expect to see the "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" hitting shelves once again but in a different form. Mariah teams up with Swizz Beatz and Christopher "Tricky" Stewart for production while Trey Songz, R. Kelly and T-Pain will be collaborating with the legendary songstress. (Right Celebrity)
