On today's News segment of MTV UK, Mariah was featured in a brief interview and behind-the-scenes clips from the set of the "Get Your Number" video were shown. Here's the transcript of the interview.
Mariah Carey's had massive success with the "The Emancipation of Mimi", dubbed "The Return of the Voice" but it seems that we're now ready for the return of the body. MTV News prepared for some flesh and sneak on the set of her latest video for "Get Your Number" and it seems Mariah's having some issues with director Jake Nava.
"I do love the English. Jake Nava on the other hand, I don't like at all. Hahaha (in her best British accent). No, Jake is very cool. We have fun you know, I think this whole thing, I think he went into this thinking I was gonna be like a complete, horrific diva as opposed to just like a somewhat horrible diva."
Jake: "Dont be like that Mariah." Mariah: "Did somebody tell you what I said about you in the dressing room? Get out of here, you're ruining my make-up. (laughs) I told you the pervert always does, coming in the room when I'm dressing and everything. I'm gonna sue him." (Mariah Daily)
