Diddy opened the event and lifted the audience with songs like "I got a feeling". Wanessa and Ja Rule also stirred the audience while Wanessa was wearing a mini-dress with a leopard pattern. The most anticipated, however, was Mariah Carey, who sang "Touch My Body", "Obsessed" and "Fantasy". She was wearing a dress so tight that she could only walk across the stage with the help of her dancers. She also made a gaffe and forgot to name the designer who she was representing, Francisco Costa, the Brazilian behind Calvin Klein.
Mariah made strange demands while staying in Rio de Janeiro. In addition to her own air conditioning units - designed to not affect the singer's voice - she requested armored cars, 80 white tablecloths and the suite in which Madonna stayed at the Copacabana Palace. (Globo)
