Mariah's label rep responds to Eminem comments
Last year, when Page Six broke the news that Mariah Carey and Eminem were seeing each other, both camps denied it, claming they were "just friends". Eminem now confirms the tryst, but in ungentlemanly fashion. "There's truth to [the romance story]," he told Rolling Stone. "I respect her as a singer, but on the whole personal level, I'm not really feeling it. I just don't like her as a person. I learned a lesson from it: Don't believe the hype... She doesn't really have it all together."
Jerry Blair, who heads Carey's unnamed label at Universal, said: "This is inconsequential to Mariah... she's dealing with real-life matters." (New York Post)
