Megan Rochell to join Mariah on tour
Upcoming R&B singer Megan Rochell is set to join Mariah on her "The Adventures of Mimi" tour this summer. Also a member of the Def Jam family, Rochell's new single "The One You Need" from her debut "You, Me, and the Radio" is picking up audiences across the country.
She told Matt Harding on SoundSlam that she's excited to work with such big-name stars such as Mariah, Chris Brown, and Fabolous so early in her career. "People in the industry see how I want to make things happen, and how hard I work," she commented on her early success. "They've been impressed. Luck has helped too, being in the right place at the right time. Also I've been blessed to have great people around me. My A&R has pulled some strings for me. Oh, and of course LA Reid is like my family, definitely. Everyone has been so supportive."
