MISS YOU

"Miss you" was recorded during the "Charmbracelet" sessions in 2002 and was produced by Brian Cox and Mariah's longtime friend and collaborator, Jermaine Dupri, who also produced "The one" and "You had your chance" for the album. The track features rapper Jadakiss from the Lox and a characteristic sample from "I did it for love" by Barry White, that P. Diddy also used for "It's all about the Benjamins".

The song did not make it onto "Charmbracelet" in the first round, but was later added to the Japanese and UK import versions of the album. The track also had a wider release as it was included on "The remixes" album and on the European "Bringin' on the heartbreak" single as a B-side.
