Eminem comforting Mariah
Troubled singer Mariah Carey has turned to shock rapper Eminem after being dumped by her boyfriend for the second time. Luis Miguel split with Mariah on New Year's Eve, and since then she has been sharing enjoying secret meetings with the Detroit star. Eminem has been entertaining Mariah at Los Angeles' Sunset Marquis Hotel in the early hours of the morning.
A friend of Carey says, "Eminem is finishing off his album in a nearby recording studio and Mariah has been visiting him at his hotel. It all started last year. They became very close after Mariah asked him to work on her album. His schedule was too busy, but they kept in constant touch and Em started ringing her more often after Luis dumped her again."
The friend adds, "The relationship is still new so who knows what will happen, but they seem really happy together. I don't think she could have got over her second split with Luis without Em. He's been a shoulder to cry on. They both come from poor backgrounds and have been through a lot. They understand each other."
Since getting divorced from his wife Kim last year, Eminem has been linked with a number of beautiful stars, including Beyonce Knowles, Samantha Mumba and Kim Basinger. (Sound Buzz) Many thanks to Eran Eden.
