Diva Mariah Carey shortens Korean tour
Pop superstar Mariah Carey has changed her scheduled concert appearances in Korea due to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Her planned performances on May 31 in Seoul and June 3 in Busan have been rescheduled to just one event on June 21 at the Olympic Park, Seoul.
The organizers stressed that the Korea concerts were rescheduled not out of fear of direct exposure to SARS in this country but because cancelled appearances in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand came in between her concerts in Korea and Japan.
