About RibbonB from USA: I love Mariah's Music.

Re: Nick Cannon fired by ViacomCBS (94,598) (94,604) by RibbonB from USA
This might make for an interesting lawsuit. Nick doesn't seem to care about his business in the pursuit of knowledge as he frames it though, but what a hill the leave his hat on, I will say. He should be allowed to have controversial guests on, but not wise in the short term. I can't wait to hear the dialog this weekend with Professor Carr and Karen Hunter on her podcast.

Re: Hopes for the memoir (94,558) (94,560) by RibbonB from USA
I didn't say she created the word, but that she's happy it made it into Webster's and that was a joke. But I was typing too fast and had far too many typos, some of my own creation like fuve vs. five and some the fault of autocorrect, like bastard ass got changed to masters class. I won't even try to unscramble the entanglement joke, but maybe Bill got it.

Re: Hopes for the memoir (94,554) (94,556) by RibbonB from USA
You're still trying to make it be fuve? LMAO. What about all her "entangulations"? She's mad because Jada used a version of her self created word before her memoir was released. I bet Mimi is proud that irregardless got it's masters was into Webster's dictionary this year.

What if she gives too much? LMAO.

The title (94,546) by RibbonB from USA
It is not great, but it's not that bad. I would've liked a one word title, but hey it's her book. Her co writer does give me a little more confort and confidence in the contents. The issue with the title may lay in the unfortunate coincidence in the forthcoming documentary called The Meaning of Hitler, based on the decades old biography by the same name. But I don't think people will care, her memoir is already a bestselling memoir on Amazon based on pre-sales.

Well, maybe the book [will] reveal a bit.

I don't love the cover, but it's ok. She's not leaking anything it seems though.

Re: Caution album (94,456) (94,458) by RibbonB from USA
We're off that tired topic. I'm tryna discuss 8:46 and you want to re heat old tea, that's not tea, because Mimi makes murky her own waters with reality show revisions and Stellar's staged situations. Now that's why Caution flopped, that's tea.

I meant Licia on my post, not Lucia.

Cool. Robert Anthony, did you watch 8:46 by Dave Chappell? Mesmerizing. We gotta shake Lucia Same to get her take on it too. If you haven't seen it, it's on YouTube.

K-pop stans (94,424) by RibbonB from USA
This movement is so on point right now. The humor and irony of it all. Maybe one day they will champion Mimi. Meanwhile I love how they wrecked Trump's weekend.

Oops didn't work. If you Google the three names together, you can see lots of interesting pics.

I think that's Mimi and Trey Lorenz. I remember that image from circa 2006. I think Jasmine is also in the uncropped photo if it's the one I am remembering.

Re: What More Can I Give? (94,311) (94,313) by RibbonB from USA
Should have read as protesters not protectors. Yay to peaceful, conscientious citizens around the world. Note insider traders and the other political thieves are the biggest looters ever and they are doing it in broad daylight with impunity. Hopefully that changes. Down with our grifter in chief and his enablers.

Re: What More Can I Give? (94,310) (94,311) by RibbonB from USA
Spot on. And a lot of the disruptors are there intentionally to muddy the waters and co opt the energy of real and true protectors for change. There are even videos of cops or other agents panting bricks, or destroying property while legitimate protesters beg them to stop. It warms my heart to see the show of solidarity from protectors in all parts of the world. Sadly there are always opportunists during moments of chaos and unrest and that includes our pathetic president.

Blood Orange / Insecure (94,296) by RibbonB from USA
Last Sunday's episode of Insecure closed with a cool retro sounding Blood Orange song, Out of Her League, I think it's titled. Such a nice little bop. I so want to hear a Mariah song featured on that show.
