It's a good time to get some new people posting here. Since some of the "regulars" have decided to "take a break" I challenge those of you who rarely or have never posted before to finally "say something" today. Let make it totally random. Reality check (52,713) by Ardis Logic from Earth All these negative words and opinions about this song has gone too far. Let's please try to be realistic. Nobody can stay "in their prime" forever. To expect that is totally unrealistic. Not just in music, but in every situation. Every great musician peeks. That is a very special thing. It's not meant to last for decades. It's amazing that Mariah has been doing this for 25 years. I just hope she will ignore all the negative comments and just keep doing what she feels is best for her. Not sure who the oldest fan would be but, I'm pretty sure there are people her age, and older, who are fans. It's just a matter of opinion. If you like "Infinity" then great. If not, that's ok too. Just try not to be too upset about it. She made and recorded the song very quickly. In my opinion, going through the breakup of a marriage is very emotionally draining and is a huge life change. For us it might seem like "no big deal". To her, it's been her life (for the last 6 plus years), her heart, and her issues. So really she kind of wrote this song for herself, kind of like self therapy. She wrote it, and put her feeling out into the world for everyone to hear. This possibly was a way for her to vent and get it off her chest so she can continue to heal from what she has been through and move on. I feel she is entitled. Re: Abraham (52,676) by Ardis Logic from Earth Just a thought. Maybe Mariah was not aiming for a #1 hit song. She wrote what she felt needed to be expressed at this moment in her life. Just like when she released the #1's album the first time around and "I Still Believe" was released. It was not a #1 hit but it was a nice bonus. There will be whole new albums in the future and I'm am sure when that time comes MC will be writing and aiming for a #1 hit. Wendy's opinion, "that's tea though" (52,646) by Ardis Logic from Earth So I just saw the video of Wendy talking about Mariah. In a way it's good advertising. Of course the audience is going to respond the way Wendy wants them too (puppets). That guy who works for Wendy who is supposed to be a "lamb" ha ha yeah right. So fake. Anyways she still had some nice things to say about Mariah too. Even nicer than some people who criticized Mariah here on this very message board so, you know. It is what it is you all. Mariah school / help (52,622) by Ardis Logic from Earth It never fails. In the past Mariah would always put something in her songs that sent me running for the dictionary. (These days it's Google.) I'm sure some of you will think me to be strange for asking. What does MC mean when she says "Ain't none of my business, it's tea though."? I never heard that before. I don't watch a lot of TV and don't really listen to the radio much so I am a little out of the loop of modern slang and such. Thank you much for responding if you do. Peace and love. MC being aloof about "Infinity" meaning (52,515) by Ardis Logic from Earth When asked about the meaning behind "Infinity" she said "I leave that open for the fans to interpret" (and we will/do). She goes on to say "We could take (all my songs) and dissect them and say, 'Who did she write this for?' And, 'What was that about?' But really, there's no way to say who or what was written about." (Sure there is, just tell us. It's something I have always wanted to know. Like who was "Honey" about or "ABMB"?) Maybe it's the binding legal fines keeping her from coming straight out and saying it. Or maybe it's just so obvious who it's about that she doesn't have to say it. I hope one day she will answer these questions. Also sorry for all my posts today (if it bothers anyone). I just have a lot to say today I guess. I'll be quite now for a while at least. The weight issue / MC needs a stylist? (52,513) by Ardis Logic from Earth They asked Mariah about how she was getting in shape for her shows. She replied "I've been trying to get there. I'm a regular person. It is what it is." That's funny that she called herself a "regular person". I think she looks beautiful, and I love that she is loving/accepting herself. The only thing I would change is her choice of dresses. I really wish that she would let Stacey London be her stylist because she would truly make MC look amazing no matter what size she is. Personally I was not really feeling the nude dress she wore last night. IMO it just did not flatter her body very well. But I love you MC no matter what. You gonna do what you do. Video not done yet? Unorganized? (52,504) by Ardis Logic from Earth Some of you have said that you are worried/upset that the video is not ready yet. I agree. It seems that the video being released at the same time would have been the best move to help the song move up the charts. Especially if it is quite entertaining like "Touch My Body" was. Why does it seem like things are always so unorganized with MC's last few releases? Oh well, it is what it is. I just hope we get the video as soon as possible. Before the end of the week would be great. Otherwise once it is finally released there will be a loss of interest. (Wednesday 29 April 2015; 1:18)

Interview with Robin (52,491) by Ardis Logic from Earth Thank you for posting the video. I really enjoyed seeing her talk about her babies. Being a mom is such an amazing experience, and that will always be there bringing her joy. Her face just lit up when she started talking about them. I like how she referenced The Beatles in the interview also. Very cool. Sending lots of love and luck to MC in Vegas. She looks stunning as always. If I could I would totally go see her in Vegas. 97.9 The Box H-Town (52,410) by Ardis Logic from Earth I grew up in the H-Town (Houston) area. They play crap all day long and wouldn't know a "real" good song if it was delivered gold plated into their studio. So it really doesn't matter what they or anyone else says. This song is pure, from the heart. It doesn't get much real than that folks. If you can not appreciate it for that, then you might want to check if you still have a heart and/or soul.
