About Gee from U.S.A. (New York City): Me and Mariah go back like babies on pacifiers.

Ariana (85,909) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) At this point to be quite honest I really do not see the comparison. Mariah is an established icon who has not only sang some amazing songs but she is the creative songwriter behind these gems. She also has created timeless bodies of work that have lasted the test of time. On the other hand you have Ariana who is now almost five albums in and still no sign of classic material so far I get a trendy new artist with songs of the moment that have yet to prove she is a legend in the making. Time will certainly tell. But I will say she is one of today's popular artists. On another note to me Ariana's voice lacks soul, depth, and passion but I say she is ok with her instrument but she has yet to wow me with anything almost five eras in. But in due time we will see if she is just hype or actual substance. But I wish her well and much more success. (Wednesday 14 November 2018; 14:22)

Rainbow (85,759) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) Was completed within a three month span. I believe she rushed that album to complete her contact with Columbia record. But honestly I do like the songs on the album but as a complete body of work it is very lackluster compared to Mariah other bodies of works at the time. (Friday 9 November 2018; 15:15)

Wendy Williams (85,728) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) For all the fans who thinks Mariah should promote on her think again. She talked about Missy being a nominee for the SHOF she said Missy she get in but MC should not because she is not a real songwriter, she only changes a few words and other people do the rest of the work, and MC’s so called fan who works for Wendy starts out by defending MC’s songwriter then turns around and agrees with Wendy so for me I do not think going on her show will serve any purpose because she does not respect MC as an artist at all if she can downplay what in part has made MC who she is and that is a singer/songwriter/producer. (New York City) To be honest Brenda is looking for attention anyway, she crossed over to Latin market and yet and still nobody cares she is just not that girl unfortunately. I really don't get her sour grapes at this point other than trying to make MC her issue for attention purposes. She knows that MC gets press no matter what and she still has not become that star she hoped she would be, and MC on the other hand has become that star that Brenda has always envisioned for herself and more. The Distance (85,034) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) This is the one upbeat, fun, and radio friendly. The Ty$ feature fits extremely well and does not overshadow her at all. So far we have gotten third different songs with current producers and the best part about that is all of the songs sound like Mariah which I can honestly appreciate. Also the theme is love and I like the vibe. Right now everything seems to be going well and I have no complaints at all. Thank you Mariah for continuing to share your life and gifts with us. (New York City) I happy that our Archives family is finally having some light-hearted fun moments again, because as of lately the energy here has been very tense but again with family we will have our disagreements, and challenges but as long as we come and realize our reason for why we come here and continue to use this outlet for its purpose without disrespecting each other everything will always come back to love. So far everything is in working order, also I like the album cover alot Mariah looks beautiful, it's bringing back my fantasies all over again. I also think that the next single will be the banger we have been waiting for. We are definitely in for some exciting times. The Caution era has officially begun enjoy everyone. On another note to one and all please understand that Walter Afanasieff will never be a part of a Mariah album again and as her fans we should respect that she has had success without him and vice versa. The Walter saga continues (84,836) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) I can definitely say that M and Walter made timeless songs but I also understand why M has decided to move on from that situation as well and as fans we should at least do our best to respect it. With Walter she lost not only a collaborator but someone who she really thought was a friend and someone that she could trust and obviously for him it was about business which I am ok with that too. To be honest who is to say what chemistry they would have if they worked together today no one really knows and for me I would rather M work with people who she is comfortable with and trust at this point over anything else because she seems to be a great place and that is that we have all missed for her, for quite some time. I truly believe that we are in for a musical treat with this new album I believe that it will satisfy every single one of us different levels but we just have to wait and see. Producers for MC 15 (84,525) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) So far these are producers M has worked with for MC 15, Mike Will Make it - they worked together on 3 songs. Poo bear has about 7-8 they did together. She has worked with Blood Orange she put in work with No ID. She has also worked with Mustard and Nineteen 85 as we know along side the usual suspects JD and B.Cox so honestly she has given her fans what they have asked for. It's just that it still has the MC touch rather than the touch of the specific producers which is ok because if she goes too far out of the box sonically or goes in the direction of a certain producers sound it will become stale as MOIA did production wise with Tricky and Dream doing most of the album. (New York City) Obviously Nick knows mentioning MC will keep the world interested because if we notice he is very protective of his youngest son and his mom and he does not talk about them much because he knows that people and especially the media have no real interest in them. Honestly he says he cannot be anyone's bubble yet he is still in Mariah's bubble without being in her everyday life nowadays because every interview he does she is somehow brought up. As with her she will say they are great co-parents and they kids spend time with him and she moves on to other topics. Honestly Nick knows Mariah is still a big fish in this entertainment world and he will never encounter anyone bigger or on her level, and more importantly I don't see him wanting to be with another woman on that level. (New York City) I can definitely appreciate that both songs released so far are with current producers but still have MC's touch because at this moment in her career she could be trying to sound like someone else just for the sake of wanting to say relevant and I also love how some of these other writers and producers are praising MC for her pen game. Personally I have to disagree with some of you who feel like she should pass the pen this is apart of who she is as an artist, even Tommy Mottola himself said that it was Mariah who made him appreciate the importance of writing and how great of a writer she is. I say that to say this, I understand that we all expect different things when it comes to MC but I feel like this album will have some treats for everybody, but time will tell. Being personal in songs (84,308) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) First things first I hope that everyone is doing well. I personally do not mind Mariah sharing real life experiences in her songs. With you is definitely that, and I actually love that she is being more open so we don't have to play who is this specific song or certain lyric is about. Some people say she leaves songs too open and they would like if she got more personal. Also I don't mind if she references song titles or other song lyrics either. So far I can say I appreciate both songs she released, I just cannot wait for the album itself. Enjoying the output so far keep it coming MC. (Thursday 4 October 2018; 14:41)
