Walter A. (83,188) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) During the creation of Butterfly there was a lot of disagreements about the direction. Tommy and company wanted a squeal to Daydream as Mariah wanted to go in another direction and Walter wanted to appease Tommy instead of Mariah and she felt betrayed and that is where their relationship went sour and never recovered so unless there is a miracle or an act of God Mariah has put Walter in her past and she has that right. Hilton (83,186) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) Randy did his best to try to get them to talk and work together on MIAM but nothing materialized because MC did not want to work with him. Honestly speaking after the whole Tommy situation she no longer trusts Walter so them working together will never happen. Again time to move on from that just like Mariah has. The Mariah Walter A saga (83,176) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) What they were able to make together was for a point of time and nothing short of brilliant. Unfortunately we will never experience that magic again because Walter was a Tommy loyalist and during the separation Walter chose to stay with Tommy for contractual responsibilities over Mariah even though she asked him to come with her she felt that him staying with Tommy would be a problem because of Tommy’s controlling ways. So far (83,138) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) So far for the new album M has worked with Poo Bear, he said that they have about (7-8) songs that have worked on together. JD and B.Cox, we know that they more one song that they have worked on together as we know their history. There is also Sam Romans, he is a producer/songwriter also signed to Roc Nation. He has also worked with MJB in the past on her London sessions LP. Last but not least she clocked some studio time in with DJ Mustard and TY dolla$. (Sunday 15 July 2018; 14:14)

(New York City) For one millionth time JD is not the only producer she has clocked studio time with so relax, and if we are being honest YDKWTD was one of the standout songs from MIAM it just didn’t not get the proper treatment. If they can create a great mid tempo or a fire uptempo I would appreciate that. A ballad would be ok as long as they stay away from anything similar to WBT. I am sure that they have worked on more than one track let’s just wait to see the final results. (Saturday 14 July 2018; 23:14)

The Butterfly Returns (83,016) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) I think with that show in particular Mariah has more creative control as far as the set list where as with the first residency it was based on promoting the #1's. Hopefully she changes up the set list for the fans enjoyment and as finds the right balance to satisfy her casual listeners and critics who would only prefer the hits. Also it would be cool if she tried some different arrangements with some of the song selections. Hopefully she takes all these factors into consideration as the residency goes along. Vegas (82,989) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) The confidence was definitely there and you can tell that she is a better place in her life. As for the set list you have to expect mostly hits are going to appear with some fan favorites because the Vegas audience is made of all demographics and for the casual listeners they would prefer the hits to fan favorites. I thought her attire was beautiful especially the red dress, and last outfit even though the bottom half looks very heavy. Overall a great showing for opening night and I know that she will get even stronger as the shows continue on. (Friday 6 July 2018; 18:56)

Horrible performances (82,971) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) When Mariah gives poor or lackluster performances she can not blame no one but herself for being lazy and unprepared. Mariah has been doing this long enough to know what it takes to put on a great performance. As a fan since 1901 I know when Mariah is into a show or performance by her confidence and her overall presence on stage. At this point Mariah has to understand that she will not get a pass for a horrible performance because she does not deserve it. If she can not give her fans their moneys worth I would rather her hang it up and retire and save herself from anymore embarrassing moments like NYE 2016 travesty. (Monday 2 July 2018; 18:50)

(New York City) You made a very great point Special K, and Mariah herself has mentioned that she felt like she had to be perfect all the time, because of her insecurities and never thinking she was good enough. Or feeling like the rug could be pulled out from under her. For me as a family we will always have debates about Mariah but the fact that I was able to experience Mariah throughout the different eras and times in her career both good and bad is a real true blessing for me. (New York City) At this point in her career Mariah is considered a legend and legacy act, and like most artists in her position they earn most of their income from touring because record sells are not as big as they used to be. Yes M is a very wealthy woman but in order to keep up her lifestyle and take care of employees and family she has to work and right now touring is helping to keep the revenue coming. But if you believe that Mariah is struggling to maintain you are definitely living on another planet. (Tuesday 26 June 2018; 18:57)

So far (82,805) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) So we only know of three producers that have been working with Mariah. One is Poo Bear who said that they have worked on 7-8 songs. Also Jermaine and B. Cox and we do not how far they have gotten in the creative process. I am sure there are other people in the mix who we do not know about. Honestly as long as we get a great body of work that is all that matters to me. Who she works with is not my concern as long as she is happy with the results and we are happy as her consumers and supporters that should be all that we care about besides wanting everything to be done right as far as promotion, performances, and the right single choices. (New York City) Walter will never be apart of MC's creative process again during the creation of Butterfly they had a fallen out and during the divorce from Tommy MC felt he sided with Tommy, because initially Tommy wanted a Daydream sequel for the Butterfly album and MC wanted to go in a more hip hop and R&B direction. I understand that Walter wanted to please his boss but as a collaborator he should have been neutral in my opinion. (Wednesday 13 June 2018; 19:42)

You mean to tell me you compromised your livelihood and worked two years without compensation with minor children for an international superstar who can still bring in millions almost thirty years into their career? Now that you are no longer M's shadow now you want to scream foul play? Stella please stop the lies and smear campaigns everyone is onto your BS and no one is buying it wit the exception of some blogs and gossip rags who just need trash to sell their consumers. Kimmel appearance (82,689) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) Mariah looked like a nice snack. Also she was alert, she answered the questions without going on an unnecessary tangent. I also appreciated that she was funny and witty without the diva attitude and that is something that she will have to keep in check if she wants the masses to embrace her again. Last but certainly not least as far as the album she is still in the early stages of writing and recording so nothing is sticking just yet. I also wish that it was included on the masterpiece that is Daydream it is pure R&B heaven. I wish that MC and Dave Jam Hall would work together again they created some songs together as well. (New York City) The song itself is about the end of a relationship in this particular case Mariah was talking about the end of relationship/marriage to Tommy Mottola. This song has nothing to do with cheating as someone stated also there was never any allegations of cheating in their relationship nor marriage. The only allegations that were during the Mariah and Tommy years were allegations of emotional/mental abuse and issues of Tommy being extremely controlling. (Tuesday 5 June 2018; 22:51)

X-Girlfriend (82,629) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) MusicFan J you made a mistake when you mentioned the song X-Girlfriend. It was actually produced by Kevin She'kspere Briggs along with MC. He was also responsible for producing No scrubs for TLC, as well as multiple songs for DC for their sophomore effort The Writings on the Wall. Another fun fact is that Kandi Burress of Xscape and The Real Housewives of Atlanta also wrote No scrubs along with Tameka Tiny Harris. (New York City) I doubt it was about money, it think it was more about getting rid of toxic energy that has to do with the nightmare era and anything and everything associated with it. I can guarantee the amount she got for the ring is nothing compared to what she makes from her back catalogue that she proudly owns even though she does not mention anything about it. She had on two butterfly rings just recently and there was no sign of her ring from Packer so I do believe she really let it go. Just another step in the right direction if you ask me.
