About Haiji Toro from USA: • I have been a fan/lamb of her music since "Vision of Love" (Apollo).
• Favorite Mariah song is "Love Takes Time". I love the live version.
• Favorite Mariah album is Butterfly. I was 16 and in a tough time in my life. The song "Outside" had a great impact in my life. It opened my eyes to life. It felt relieving to hear words I've already known so well, and someone actually understood how I felt. Overall, the entire album is flawless, in my opinion.
• Favorite Mariah movie gotta be Glitter. I'm an 80's baby, so no diss, but I'm used to the corny dialogue and inexperienced acting. That movie definitely gave me a throwback vibe. It was very entertaining though and the soundtrack is very underrated.

•I'm Colombian & Palestinian, raised in the USA.
•I think I'm Mariah when in the shower.
•Spiritual, one of those "I love everyone", type of guy.

27 years today debut album (76,257) by Haiji Toro from USA
What's your two favorite songs (single and non-single) off this album? Mine are Love Takes Time and Prisoner. Although, I do wish she'd perform Alone In Love at her concerts.

Lmao I bet that I screamed louder than you did with that rim job comment (why did I feel so dirty typing that, I think I'm also Mary Poppins).

Just an older fan (76,237) by Haiji Toro from USA
We are indeed, the best reflection of her fan base. We were there from the beginning of her career and we're still here as it may possibly end. We stuck with her through her good and her bad. We come from a time that all we had was her music and this messageboard. If it weren't for this site, we'd have to subject ourselves to those so-called fans that know nothing about the true roots of her music and her life. Those "yass bitch", "the queen can do no wrong" type of fans that we see on social media. If it weren't for people like Mimi L, Andrew, Adam, B, Ribbon, Licia, Special K, Edward and of course Eric, to mention just a few, we wouldn't be informed with actual truth and information about what's really going on. Yeah, some are a little more blunt than others, but why is it OK for us as regular people to give each other tough love but we must walk on eggshells and praise these celebrities as if they were gods? MC isn't in any way or form checking for us and our opinions, obviously. Otherwise, we'd have actual music to discuss rather than what she finds more important, her antics, finances, t.ts and a$$, her men and a whole lotta nonsense. Everything nowadays seem to be gimmicks. I'm patiently waiting for the day she adds champagne scented toilet paper to her long list of pointless things to promote, instead of new music. I myself, am getting tired of defending her. How hard is it to just scroll through and simply ignore the comments you don't care for? Stella must be managing you as well if you find it that hard to think for yourselves.

Yes, it was vague. I tried searching for more info but I had no luck. I do appreciate it though, thanks.

Re: New music and movie? (75,836) (75,845) by Haiji Toro from USA
My apologies Eric. I honestly skipped over that one. I sometimes do read the news you post but mainly if it has to do with new music. I didn't care to read that one due to the title. I try not to read about the negative stuff, since by now, I'm not at all surprised by her diva antics and dumb decisions. No shade at all, just my honest opinion. Thank you for posting my massage though. My messages tend to get ignored the majority of the time lol so would you know anything about those collaborations I mentioned before?

New music and movie? (75,836) by Haiji Toro from USA
Hey guys, hope all is well. I came across some sites stating upcoming new music and a movie role. Supposedly, MC will be on DJ Kaled's new album on a song with Migos and Travis Scott. She will also play a part in a movie with Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler, named The House. Can someone please confirm this? Is there more info on any of this? [Webmaster: Sometimes I wonder if anyone reads the news on this website.]

My prayers, love and condolences go out to Martyn's family, friends and loved ones. May God provide them with the strength and love needed to get through these sad times. I didn't know him personally, but as echoed here, we're all a family through this messageboard. He'll truly be missed.

Trade off (75,091) by Haiji Toro from USA
What song from MC, that was released after Glitter, would you guys strip down to only piano or guitar, ala Vanishing, Reflections or even My All?

Re: Questions / fan favorites (75,077) (75,090) by Haiji Toro from USA
Thanks guys. It's so clear to me now that I know what she says. Andrew, what is it about "Right To Dream" that you dislike so much? I'm just curious about that. Do you like her version of "Help Me Make It Through The Night"? I love both but I'd rather listen to the latter.

Questions / fan favorites (75,066) by Haiji Toro from USA
Hey guys, we hope you're all doing well. It's been a while since last time I posted. I enjoy reading this message board almost on a daily, especially the latest topics. I do have a few questions. First one goes to the "Always Be My Baby (Remix)" fans. At the 3:35 mark, after Da Brat's rap, what does Mariah say? It's an ad-lib and I've always wondered what she was saying. It almost sounds like she's saying "Mary can't speak too low." Lol I know that's not what she says, but it's definitely what I used to always replace it with as a kid haha. Btw, out of curiosity, are there any parts of her songs that you guys always wondered what she was saying? Another question is for those whom are editing software savy. I've been teaching myself how to edit videos, mainly MC videos, and currently looking for the best software out this year. Any suggestions? I just recently created a video for "Cruise Control" (btw Andrew, I had you in mind the whole time, especially the "can't nobody, can't nobody" part lol), thought I did a great job until I uploaded it on YouTube and now I'm seeing all its flaws. Not to mention that everytime I upload a video on to YouTube, somehow the music and video goes off track not staying in sync with each other. Anyways, to add to the list of unfavorable songs that are fan favorites, I'd have to say "Hero", "X-Girlfriend", "Through the Rain", "I'm That Chick", "To the Floor" and "Infinity" would be my picks. One last thing, I'm also working on a video project using the song "Outside" with the help of B from this board and we're asking anyone who'd like to take part, to please send a one minute clip of how the song has made an impact on your life. We'd love the support. Please feel free to send the clip to his email or mine to haijitoro@yahoo.com. Enjoy the week guys. God bless.

IHeart Awards (73,382) by Haiji Toro from USA
Hello everyone. I pray all is well with my fellow lambs/fans. So, I'm flipping through channels and landed on said awards, as announcement stated the next award would go to the Best Fan Army. The nominees were, 5SOS, Arianators, Beyhive, Britney Army, Lovatics, Harmonizers, Beliebers, KatyCats, Little Monsters, Rihanna Navy, Selenators, Mendes Army, and #twentyonepilots. Wow that's a lot of nominees. I just feel like they left one out. Isn't it already known worldwide that the Lambs were the first and originators of naming our fan base? Regardless of, if we were to win or not, I still feel that with so many options they had, I'm sure they coulda squeezed us in. Now, if we have been nominated in the past for that category, and I'm unaware of that, then my apologies for the rant lol. I just found it very shady. Moving along. Here are my thoughts on a few topics on this messageboard. I'm not sure how the order of songs on MIAMTEC should be, but I think it should've started with "You Don't Know What To Do". Her a capella intro is a perfect way to start the album and it's an upbeat song, in tradition with the majority of her albums, excluding her debut and Charmbracelet. I didn't care for the bonus remixes. She should've just included all the reworked remixes that were gonna be on the Angels Advocate Remix album, or even all her unreleased songs. I like her new IG pic, it's refreshing to see her look like that, with almost no filters, even with a towel and a little makeup, still looks natural and beautiful. I always get excited to learn that she's releasing new music, so I can't wait to hear her song with Busta. I know personally, I'd rather a full album, maybe even an EP, but I kinda understand why she's choosing that route. If she's thinking about sales, then singles would be the smart thing to do, but please progress with each release. Lastly, RibbonB, I've been wanting to see Get Out since I saw the trailer for it late last year. It looks really good. I couldn't stop laughing at "Mariah, you in danger girl", still lmao. My mom has been saying that MC's current situation reminds her of what Selena (Quintanilla) went through. I pray that the outcome won't be the same though.

Thank you's (72,892) by Haiji Toro from USA
Wow guys, I really wasn't expecting that type of feedback. I truly appreciate those kind words. B (from USA), you are too adorable, thanks. I started playing around with editing late last year with the intention of only creating, which was my first YouTube video, MJ's "They Don't Really Care About Us". I was going through some personal matters and around that time, it seemed like every time I turned on the news, someone or groups of people were dying or being killed. I just wanted to make something that voiced how I felt and MJ's has always had a place in my heart, so it felt right. Once I saw the reaction it got from my family and friends I knew I wanted to continue, but Mariah('s music) will always have a place in my heart, so while I create videos to voice my feelings and opinions, I'll also promote and bring to light my vision of her songs. Not sure if you guys noticed, there are hidden gems that can clearly be heard with earphones in a few of the videos I've made. Enjoy it, if you do get a chance to check them out.

I Don't video (72,874) by Haiji Toro from USA
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I've been playing around with some editing for a few months now and although my work isn't the best, I still enjoy making them. I just finished a rehash version of "I Don't". If you have a moment, please check it out and feel free to give me your opinions and feedback. I'm always open for new ideas and constructive critique. Have a great day guys.

Not sure if your comment was intended towards me or the person that uploaded the video I posted. If not towards me, then I agree with what you're saying, which is why I posted it. I thought it was ridiculous and wanted to get the board's opinion. If it was towards me, then please go back and re-read this post.

Reaching at its finest (72,452) by Haiji Toro from USA
I will honestly say, I am guilty of being a conspiracy theorist and do believe something is up lately with all the darkness in her career, beginning with a certain Stellar Bulwitchcraft, but even this crap is going too far. What are your thoughts on this topic?

My thoughts (for now?) (72,141) by Haiji Toro from USA
So far, I like the song, mainly because the catchy hook samples a song I used to love, which brings memories of that particular time in my life. And when I think about those times, I also remember her during Rainbow (if I'm remembering correctly), and I loved that era. I keep remembering mainly "Thank God I Found You/Make It Last Forever" remix with Joe & Nas. I have a good feeling that this song, "I Don't" will have a remix featuring Donell Jones himself singing ala "Thank God I Found You". I do think the lyrics are dumbed down from what we're used to, but notice what our radios play nowadays? It's obviously getting the right attention. Hoping for that #1 just for the sake of holding on to some hope but I'll be happy with top 10. Now with the video, it's a different story, but whatever. If I can skip episodes of Mariah's World, then I can skip the video. It's just not my taste, no judgment there. I just go to my own fan-made video on my page. Hello to all, I truly enjoy all your posts.

New song (71,700) by Haiji Toro from USA
Wanted to post so much about my opinions, but most of you guys can relate and have express how I feel, so no need to follow through, but I did come across this YouTube preview of what's supposedly her new song, seems OK so far but sounds so much like a line from "Where I Wanna Be" by Donell Jones. Hope it's a great song overall. Btw, 3 separate YouTube subscribers have been posting almost every single Mariah song releases, ep form, with official and unofficial versions from the beginning of her career up until her last album. If interested, check here, here and here.

Let me touch all topics, if I may (70,981) by Haiji Toro from USA
OK so I've been busy working, but never too busy to read this messageboard. Maybe it's the after hour drinks talking, but who cares, I've grown to love you all for your opinions and concerns (including you Eric). Imagine if we all knew each other personally and hungout? It would never be a dull moment lol. Let's get MW out the way. After the 3rd episode, I've only been able to get a quick recap from Mimi L, thank you for that, it saved me the time. Like I said before, it's whatever, and Molly turned out to be the star, let's wait for the spinoff. The whole thing seems unorganized with no substance. Even a KardashIan episode makes you interested in the next episode (not that I care for a reality-based scripted show like that or any other). I thought I was gonna get a behind the scenes look at her tour with extra personal footage, except I got the total opposite with an industry-controlled fairy tale. It's money, I get it. Like a previous post mentioned (sorry for not remembering the specific post or person), this is how she's paying her bills now. This is why I believe she hasn't released any music lately. Think of anything you're good at. Now think if at a certain low point in your life you weren't able to produce your best or maybe you knew people wouldn't respond to it well, would you even bother, or would you just try different things? We all know she's lost in a world that she created and no one even bothered to help her otherwise or tried to guide her in a better way. I don't care who you are nor how old you are, we all need help and guidance somehow. Again, like others have posted, we all go into work with a motive. To make money and progress no matter what. The difference is that we don't have a personal and close relationship with our bosses or head of company. Stella does. Therefore, her obligation and title as a manager and friend, is to make good decisions and improve betterment in MC. If you wanna be a savvy businesswoman and make money even at the expense of your client, then so be it, but don't be fake and promote friendship and woman empowerment. "Seein' right through you like you're bathin' in Windex." Not to mention, shame on MC for even allowing that or not even learning from past experiences. You may be 12 and all, but don't act brand new to the game. You can be known for so much good, but yet you're so easily manipulated. Work on yourself girl. How is it that 85% of your "lambs" are mirroring opinions and feelings along with the likes of Wendy William and Tommy Motola? Don't get me wrong, he was on point and keeping it 100%. But then again, hustle mode will always kick in and when you find an opportunity to get your name out there to sell a current book, I guess savvy is your foretay. As much as we all agree with you, what makes you think someone as prideful and resentful as MC is, especially when it comes to you, especially when her closest friend is the main one brainwashing and also managing her, will be fired or even put aside? We as fans, lambs and GP, see a whole different world that MC sees or even is exposed to. For all we know, she doesn't even know what's going on. I can picture it now, "Mariah, the world is talking about you. You are on fire. They love you. I love you. F*** the haters. They can lose our numbers. This is woman empowerment. I love you. We don't need anyone else. I love you." Lol. I do applaud how she handled NYE, it could have been worse, but not enough for me. Maybe if it was a different performer, like Britney or someone else. How is it that you can sing an ad-libbed conversation to the audience for almost 2-3 years but can't even just stop the music and bs your way through "Emotions"? Really? If confidence is what you lack then we get it, just take some time off. Do some more voice-over cartoon shows or movies, or just continue working on movies or behind the scenes, or whatever. Let the world miss you. I'm sure if it's meant to be, you'll get another comeback at the right moment. It won't happen until you humble yourself though. And may I say, must you need a man in your life to be happy? Aren't your children enough? Keep your personal sh** to yourself. Satan is known and a household name, don't mean it's a good thing. If conspiracies are true, then I pray you truly didn't sell your soul to the the devil, all for some dirty money that I'm sure you didn't need. You guys can trace my past comments and surely know I'm not one to spew negativity, but it's time for intervention. Obviously, we all have a type or extent of caring for her, so we're all in the right to express ourselves, even if we don't agree. Isn't that the point of this board? I'll leave this Kanye-inspired rant at this. I'm sure there's a lot more I can say but you guys express it so much better, plus the booze are wearing off and the melatonin is kicking in. Got a shift in the morning. I pray you all had a great holiday, a wonderful 8 days of 2017 so far, and many more blessings to come. Face your fears, overcome hardship, don't take your life for granted, money is only temporary fulfillment, beauty lives inside us, at the end of our lives all we leave it all behind, so make it worthy and a resource for those left behind. God bless and have a great year.

Christmas Challenge (70,010) by Haiji Toro from USA
I honestly don't really care about her as a person anymore, but the music will forever live on. I'm not sure why I still want to support her music on the charts, I guess it's more of my dream than hers at this point. It's like I'm living vicariously through her lol. So as a way to help her "Christmas" song up the charts, I asked my niece (whom has almost a million followers on many social media sites) to create a "Christmas Challenge" with her boyfriend to AIWFCIY. Hopefully their video will spark others to do it as well and become viral. Not sure if this was a good idea but I guess we'll see. I'm sure this challenge has been done in the past, but new videos for this year should go well.

MW review (69,114) by Haiji Toro from USA
I'll keep this short. For the first episode, I'll rate it 5-6/10. It was like watching another Mimi interview, all over the place. Many parts scripted. Too much Stella. I'm hoping for a Molly's World spinoff lol. I was more into that storyline. I watched the show with my mom, which was weird because she cannot stand Mariah and I've always defended her. This time around, my mom was defending her but I remained quiet and was more intrigued with knowing what happens to Molly lol. Sorry guys, maybe next episode I'll have a better review.

Re: Divas clips (69,038) (69,039) by Haiji Toro from USA
Well I'm at a point where I don't really care anymore honestly lol I won't get my hopes up. I'm just wondering how she'll pull that off singing with other divas or in a group. Her lipping in a duet or group would be ridiculous and embarrassing. I just hope she doesn't start throwing shade at the younger singers, like Teyana Taylor. I also heard Sarayia from Empire will be performing as well. At first I wasn't sure about having younger, up and coming singers join but now I think it's good. It's nice to see all different types of divas share the stage, maybe the new ones will learn a little something. Teyana is actually a great singer. I'm just upset that she's now starting to get her name out there after so many years, but in a bad way (half naked in Kanye's video).
