Mariah's CD (38,942) by Anonymous from I think it's interesting that you guys can't simply wait for this woman to come out with her cd. There are so many other artist out there to listen to that have great music out there. I don't blame Mariah for taking a moment to come out with this album. I finally started listening to Beyonce's album called 4 and it's amazing. She goes back to that old school sound in her song called School In Life. It's absoultely amazing. Kelly Rowland just released an album this June and it's great. Check out the song called Down On Love, which I believe Kelly has better writing skills than Mariah with some of her songs from this album. A great vocal performance from her song called "Put your name on it". And another good written song and vocal called #1. Her single "Kisses down low might not be your speed", but It's good to me and the video is cute. I'm just saying that Mariah got some competition this year, so going back to the drawing board is wise. If any of you guys are Destiny Child fans, check out the song "You changed". Beautiful remix / Spanglish video (38,532) by Anonymous from Ok, so I freaking love the remix. Like 10 times better than the original. I have not purchased the original song, but I will be getting this remix. It feels more complete. The Spanglish song and video is so much better than the English version. Wow. It makes no sense. It feels more complete. I love the the video which makes more sense and is cooler and it's not her flaunting her body for no reason. When she wears a swim suite, she is actually near water instead of on someone's bike in a grass field. (Tuesday 2 July 2013; 19:52)

The truth (38,000) by Anonymous from Ok, lets get this clear, it is not my opinion that Mariah lip sync one of her songs, it's a clear fact. And it's obvious to me that some of you can't tell, because you all are going by what you see instead of hear. It's about what you hear, not see. Maybe you all should try to close your eyes and actually listen to her instead of being lost in all that glitter and glam. It's funny because before I came here, I watched and listened to the performance and I was like, oh my goodness, she is going to get smashed by critics because she just lipped a part of the song. See I didn't "need" the internet to tell me that this mayhave been faked, I knew from my own ears. Like I said, I do not believe Mariah faked it because she couldn't do it, I think it's because it was an awkward start for her to come in on the song Beautiful. She literally divedright in and it sounded drastically different from the actual live performance. Also there was less heavy breathing in the song Beautiful. In the other performance you can hear her take deep breaths. When you listen to most cds, an engineer most of the time edits out the breathing on the track. They can literally go to the audio file and chop it out. That's what happened here. As a person that works on sound I can tell. Also I find it comical how some of you call American Idol cheap when all of the greatest singers have been on this show. It's funny. I bet all of you that call it cheap have never watched it fully. At least 1 season. So you guys say the show is cheap. I guess that makes Aretha Franklin singing on the show cheap too? She didn't lip sync. Wasn't Stevie on from one performance? Mariah Carey going on that show helped her and you all are too proud to say it. It's ok. The show had over 12 million people watching and I'm sure that will be a lot more than GMA audience. No one I know especially of my age watch GMA. No one is up that early and not everyone got a recording device. I'm not being mean, I'm being truthful. The only time I have ever accepted a fake performance was when Beyonce performed her song called Get Me Bodied and she was dancing in extra high heels real fast. Singing the same time would have been impossible. Mariah on the other hand was just standing still. Mariah should have known better than to sing fake after seeing Beyonce fake the national Anthem and how they dogged her. When I heard that, I was happy, because I knew for sure that Mariah wasn't going to lip sync anymore, because of the now close watch. I guess I was wrong. (Thursday 23 May 2013; 9:38)

And why does it matter? It's because she is a singer and a professional one at that, who has been giving advice to other singers about what to do with their voice. How in the world are you going to critique someone and then have a false performance? I'm glad that Edward and Stephen understands what I'm thinking. It's aweful to do that on AI. The video / put the dress down (37,847) by Anonymous from I just watched the video and was pleased and upset. I loved the quality of the video first of all. Very high quality and better than what I'm used to seeing in videos. Mariah looked great and so did dude. It actually made me like the song a lot more than what it did to be honest. My only issue is the fact that why did she have to show us her panties. I think Mariah has to remember that she does have female fans. We are not interested in seeing her junk. It's not cute to us. It is amazing how different a person within the industry see's things. I guess the more you know, the more different you take it. I started off only focusing on writing music arrangements, and engineering for music, but now I have also branched off into also doing sound for tv and film and theatre. It's eye opening. And people don't understand the difficulties of how everything is done. That is more exciting to me than talking about her hair. Will (37,737) by Anonymous from When I say too short, Im not really talking about time. Back in the day many songs were only 2 min and 30 seconds long, but the song felt full and complete. This didn't. It didn't go anywhere musically, lyrically or anything. It starts off as if its going to take you up for a great ride, but it never took off. None of the lyrics stick. I can't remember one line in that song. There isn't even a vocal part that really sticks out, except that part where after Mariah comes in. This song is exactly what I'd thought it was going to be. Last minute and I can feel it. Was Mariah originally going to get with Miguel until a few weeks ago? It just sounds like they said, hey lets put a song together real quick to get buzz before American Idol ends. Like I said, the song is not bad, it's just rushed. (Tuesday 7 May 2013; 1:47)

Beautiful (37,727) by Anonymous from I thought the song was ok. I like it, but I have no desire to play it over again for entertainment. I have no desire to buy it either. But I'm glad that everyone else does. Why? Well to me, the song starts off great, and then Mariah comes in sounding great and by the time you think the song is about to go somewhere, it doesn't. It just ends. It's over. Where was the bridge? No outro? The song felt like a reprise. Like as if Mariah has her full version of it of just her, then it follows up into this second track. Like how she did with Impossible and Up Out Of My Face. It was two parts. Beautiful felt like part two. There was no climax in this song. It just ended. I also hated the slight use of auto tune within the song. Mariah does not need it, so why use it? It's very faint, but it's there. (Monday 6 May 2013; 22:26)

Mariah is like the biggest celebrity that still has her own fans to tear her into shreds like no other. For real for real. For example, I sometimes go to a Michael Jackson fan page and you will never ever ever hear or read them dogging him. Ever. It's impossible. They truly do believe in the saying, go hard or go home. Especially with this AEG case going on, you better not throw him under a bus. Lol. Something tells me that Beautiful is going to take me over and up to the top. I hope it's all I've ever wanted within a new single. It sounds like it might go towards very refreshing type of feeling. Duets (37,630) by Anonymous from I'm not a big fan of Mariah's duets as of the year 2000 and above. Everything she did in the past for duets where done together in the studio and not separate. When a person sings a duet in different places, you can tell and you can feel the disconnection. Her so called duets with John Legend didn't sound good, because you can tell that all he did was sing over her vocal. I'm sorry but that is not a real collaboration. We all know Justin sucks at singing, but it would have been nice of her to redo the song AIWFCIY instead of him trying to sing on top of what she did and that is the real reason why he sounded worse than what he usually does. Her best duets where with Luther, Brian McNight, the guys she did the song with TGIFY the remix "Make it last forever". But that was because they did it together. (Saturday 27 April 2013; 1:29)

I know this message board is not about other people, but today they did Divas night. The girls Amber and Candice owned the songs by Mariah. Amber did not do as well, but Candice took Mariah to a whole different neck to neck level. She did Whitney justice. I recommend you all to watch that. Now I'm not a Beyonce fan, but Angie beat Beyonce at singing her song Halo. Amazing. Amber sang a song by Barbra Striesand and Lord have mercy, it was the song of the night. Rating replies about AI (37,580) by Anonymous from Ok, you all say well people can vote many times too. Well there is still a limitation though. 34 million is a lot for a person with limitation. What's the difference between you guys buying multiple copies of Mariah songs and them? Well you guys have no limitation and she still can't get a million, but these people do. Just think, if a lot of Mariah fans are not watching the show and most of the people that is watching is becoming new fans or coming back. With our 1 purchase and if just 1 million Americans buy her album in just America by watching her on AI, then we got a big thing going on guys. Yes it is sad that we are shooting for just a million, but it's 2013. If she goes higher then I'll be proud. If 1 million is reached, then a buzz will be created and more people will also buy just because it's the "it" album. (Thursday 18 April 2013; 0:21)
