I would feel so special if the album actually came out that day (mostly because this is the first album to be released since I became a lamb in 2012). I'm so excited, it's leaving me speechless. Passion (42,701) by OGmattyICE from US I personally love the passion in Mariah's voice from "Through The Rain" and "Without You". IMO Mariah sings best when she has inspiration and belts out strong notes from her soul. With having become a mom having babies is a big inspiration, I think we could hear a song with the same caliber of the 2 aforementioned songs on the new CD with her passionate vocals. Although #Beautiful, Triumphant and YME didn't have them for me, TAOLG did have some. That soul is coming, I can just feel it. Could be Mariah's "surprise" we're all waiting for. Who knows? Dream (42,648) by OGmattyICE from US I just woke up from a dream, and it never does justice sharing dreams with others because the other person can't visualize it. But it was about... Mariah duh, or I wouldn't be posting on here. I dreamed she was making (shooting) a new video for a song (for the new album) and the way I can describe it is it was a "concept" video. Kinda the way Honey was where it started out with the mansion captive scene. Except this one in my dreams was of her shooting a scene, no music, but teaching her dance crew moves, and stopping and correcting her dance crew and showing them how to do the moves right. Then she finishes the session and gets ready to go home to Nick and dem babies, but one of her crew members pulls her aside to watch a video on the computer on critiquing the dance moves. Then they edit some stuff, then that's when the music kicks in with the new song. It's hard to illustrate how the song sounded, but for some reason, it was another song that bashed Eminem. I don't like it but whatever, it's a dream that I can't control. The rest is fuzzy because I woke up soon after. Anyhow, just thought I'd share. (Wednesday 16 April 2014; 15:35)

Smile (42,615) by OGmattyICE from US If there can be 1 song on the album that will make me smile as bright as the sun, I will be satisfied. Not that I'm not happy with her work the past decade, in fact it's been incredible, filled with heart-felt songs (We Belong Together). But to use Emotions or Dreamlover for example, whenever I listen to them, I can't help but smile from ear to ear because the vibes I get from those songs. Even Fantasy. And I'm sure all of you know the vibes that I speak of that just make you smile as bright as the sun. She hasn't had a song like that in a while, for me at least. She's mostly released flavorful songs or just love songs. Emotions and Dreamlover just make me high. Naturally. I wanna feel a new breed of a "Mariah high". If that makes sense. Album title (42,491) by OGmattyICE from US Just asking for a show of thumbs up/down, does anyone think the title to the album could be "All I Need"? It's simple, yet portrays the fact that Mariah doesn't need anything else because she already has everything. All she needs is Nick, dem babies and her fans. It just came to me last night and was wondering what you all thought. Plus it illustrates a "journey" which the album takes you through, like Mariah said she wanted to get across. Album (42,383) by OGmattyICE from US I haven't heard a single peep of a album title, track list, artwork, nothing. And we're almost a month away from its promised release date of May 6th. I'm wondering what in the world is going on. I see Mariah posting pics on Facebook of her babies and whatnot, which is good and all, but I am confused as to no info yet on the album. Is she still in the studio? I wonder if she is being lazy or what the deal is, because we've not had to wait this long for a MC album before. It better impress me once it's released or I will be a bit upset. I'm not ranting, I'm just saying the clock is ticking closer to May 6th, and we haven't heard a word yet. I think it's a bold choice and could work out. It could be a love banger. I think they could make a Journey cover sound good together (Who's Crying Now) but that's just me. Special moment (40,905) by OGmattyICE from US I guess I'm one of those people who don't go to the movie theater all that often, maybe twice a year at best, but I just went to go see Anchorman 2. I thought the movie was horrible and wouldn't recommend it. But there is a scene later in the movie that saved me from walking out, and it's a scene that starts with the music playing a clip of "Genius Of Love" by the Tom Tom Club, and at first I thought it was Mariah, but it was just the original version. But just thought I'd share, it seems like everywhere I go, I can't get away from Mariah. I guess it was just meant to be. I love her so much. (Friday 31 January 2014; 16:48)

I mean I don't think people really realize how hard Mariah has worked over the years. she ishuman. I think people often forget how many countless nights she stayed up until 6-7 a.m to fine tune a melody or lyrics or whatever. Mariah is the greatest selling female artist ever, and just because she isn't quite successful as her dominance when she was younger some people lose their minds. Shame on them. And she's a mother of a family now just to add to the stress. At least she still puts out meaningful music still today, unlike the "trendy" artists that "sing" about doing lines of cocaine in the bathroom and being naked on a ball licking a shovel (Miley). It's pitiful what kids have to listen to these days. And that's coming from a 21 year old. Yes I was born in 1992, but now am one of Mariah's biggest fans because she's simply the best. Most memorable Mariah performance (40,255) by OGmattyICE from US All the true Mariah fans such as myself all have an image in their head of the single or multiple live performances where they were truly blown away with how impressive Mariah ruled the microphone on that performance. For me it happened on several occasions where I was dazzled and overly-impressed by her voice on the first time I watched the performance, then keep watching until this day because it's like a drug that you can't stop taking. Come on, I know I'm not the only one. Anyways, in a list here are the performances that I can visually picture in my mind and will be telling my grandkids in the future. The ones that stick out to me would be: - Hero (Proctors Theater 1993 NBC special) - Without You (Proctors Theater 1993 NBC special) - One Sweet Day with Boyz II Men (1995 Madison Square Garden) - Underneath The Stars (1996 Tokyo Dome) - I'll Be There (1992 MTV Unplugged) - If It's Over (1991 SNL) Anyways that's just me. I think mine would be: 1. Emotions (has to be lead song) 2. Forever 3. Make It Happen (with choir) 4. We Belong Together 5. Always Be My Baby 6. Without You 7. If It's Over 8. Circles 9. Hero 10. Vision Of Love (encore) It's tough but I think that would be my dream Mariah concert. I was wondering what everyone else's are. On another note, I think The Art Of Letting Go will be huge and you will be able to feel it just like Mariah said. I keep thinking back to how emotional she got on the 4th of July while singing "Looking In". And to end on a lighter note, has anyone wondered how Mariah's voice would sound if she inhaled helium? New album (39,495) by OGmattyICE from US I remember she had originally talked about including one of the American Idol contestants on her album or something of that nature. Is that plan still in effect? Does anyone know? I know she switched up her plan after the injury so at this point I'm just excited for whatever is coming. Mariah wonderful beyond words (39,435) by OGmattyICE from US Well first of all I'm head over heels in love with Mariah. I discovered her music a year ago and I'm so in love with her. She puts a smile on my face every day. This might sound a little cheesy, but her music seriously takes my soul to another place and basks in love, because it's so amazing. It's like a drug that I can't stop taking. And the icing on the cake, she is the cutest girl I ever seen. Nick is one lucky bastard. And oh, I took notice (99.9%) that she hasn't wrote a song yet that has had a swear or cuss word in it which is amazing. Because in the life and times of today's music industry, you have to include swear words to make it more popular or trendy. But not Mariah, which is what I love about her. I call her my inspiration and am so deeply madly in love with her, I can't descibe it with words. Funny, because if you asked me 2 years ago before I discovered her music, I would said, Mariah Carey hell no. But I changed and I'm so glad I did. Mariah she's ah. I'm just angry I was born in 1992. I see your argument, but it's not like the song was a failure. I mean, it had a lot of comparisons to "It's Like That" in terms of chart peak (both #15) and lead singles from their respective albums.
