Ryan (41,262) by Ryan from Canada Hi. I think that the opinion of the lambs are really the only opinions there are. Nobody that I know talks about how Mariah has a drinking problem or that she is weird in interviews. Those that loves someone are typically the harshest critics of them. We all want someone that we admire so much to be perfect. The truth is there are many individual versions of perfect and one can not meet everyone's. My opinion is that You're Mine is a great single. It may not chart high (I think it will) but it does not matter. I enjoy the song the remix is its own thing and I don't think it's as good as her solo but not bad. I bought them both like I do with all Mariah singles. They always grow on me anyway even if I don't like them at first. I can always appreciate the vocals because her tone and range are just amazing. Mariah and R Kelly (40,609) by Ryan from Canada A duet with R Kelly makes me drool. They will sound so awesome together. I also think Bruno Mars and Mariah would have killer vocals together. I have to admit the "pip" announcement was disappointing to me at first too. I was expecting something totally different than what she have us. My disappointment did not last long because I understood right away that it would be a big deal to her to give something up that was so treasured by her. I have to admit that sometimes the way lambs act embarrasses me. We should all be greatfull that she is giving up a piece of her history to help raise funds for a charity. Tree lighting ceremony (40,148) by Ryan from Canada IMO this performance wasn't great but it wasn't as bad as reading this board makes it sound like it was. She sang well most of the song. It was the break in her high note at the end that sounded awful. Obviously it caught her with as much surprise as it did us. I'm sure she will rest her voice and sound fantastic for the New Year show. (Monday 9 December 2013; 20:42)
