About Luke from United Kingdom:

Carpool (70,035) by Luke from United Kingdom
I thought she looked fine and acted fine. There isn't much she can do while seat belted into a car lol. She was probably thinking she would come across as really full of herself if she started going wild to her own song. It's better to leave that to the other artists (excluding Demi who isn't one ). She looked really beautiful as well and strangely reminiscent of her 1994 self. So glad she didn't wear sunglasses again.

Andrew I am really weird. Maybe Mariah is the new Einstein and her kids don't need no school.

She cremated him then finely milled his ashes into a bright pink hue and uses it as everlasting blush.

None of us know how she is schooling them so all what you're saying is speculation. Plus a lot of people are now realising travelling is an amazing source of education compared to sitting in a grey classroom. I have first hand experience with this since my parents took to me to many different countries while growing up and I remember the things I learnt from those trips stuck with me more then things I'd learnt in school.

Re: What on earth (69,779) (69,787) by Luke from United Kingdom
I think it's an era phase. Like how 2014/2015 was the era for going to the park in ball gowns and diamonds. Maybe she finds them really comfortable lol.

Re: Mariah should read her own press (69,243) (69,245) by Luke from United Kingdom
I get what you guys mean about how she should pay attention to things but why should she? If her living that way isn't hurting anyone why does she have to change to please the masses? She has been doing that for most of her life so perhaps she's tired. It's not like she has publicly asked for criticism so she can better herself and appearance. They just say the stuff they do to stir the pot and bitch about her for ratings and entertainment. It's easy for us to say she should read what the articles/public say about her and the way she comes across to people but imagine being in her shoes and reading those things constantly. We are only human and eventually it would get to you no matter how thick skinned you are. I say good for her for not paying it any attention because I honestly think it could become addictive reading that stuff all the time. I also believe the things they say in the media about these artists most likely contributed the downfall of many greats like Whitney, Amy Winehouse, etc. It's borderline abuse really and hounding and she's not the only star dealing with it and unfortunately, it's women that seem to get the brunt of it in that world. I can understand why artists like Adele keep out of that world. Even if Mariah lived her life perfectly and sang in a pristine way the public and media would still find something to drag her down, and she knows that. The Daily Mail is proof of how much so many people love looking at the negative. For example I remember when she was posting a few years ago about the Chile earthquakes I think it was, asking people to donate. I read the comments and so many of them were people bashing her saying they shouldn't have to donate because she's so rich. I was like wtf lol she could be doing nothing but at least she's using her public outreach to bring some sort of awareness. Some people can't help but follow negative paths in life unfortunately.

Re: Beacon ensemble (69,148) (69,178) by Luke from United Kingdom
It's really confuses me how she looks ultra skinny when wearing glamorous outfits like that but then those pictures of her on the beach look like they were taken 2-3 years ago lol. I'm thinking maybe she's taken to wearing corsets under her clothes recently?

VH1 (68,384) by Luke from United Kingdom
Have to say I'm a little worried about this event. I hope Mariah gets her vocals in check because she's going to have to be keeping up with other singers that take on belting with ease. Even in 97 or 98 when she sang with Aretha, her vocals still had agility even though she was raspy. It seems now it's that agility she is slightly lacking unless she's singing Thank God I Found You or as I like to call it Thank God I Can Scream For A Good Two Minutes.

Mariah's World (68,322) by Luke from United Kingdom
Lets be honest, in this day and age people aren't going to watch a show about Mariah unless there is drama and she knows it. Hopefully it's just a dash of drama at the minute to get people talking. I'm thinking this might lead to an album next year some time. I'll be happy as long as she doesn't have a sex tape leaked, doesn't get married and divorced within a month, has a child and calls it South or gets butt implants which could pass as a side table and declares it as "natural".

Re: New pics (68,041) (68,053) by Luke from United Kingdom
What is even going on. I'm so confused. Why get involved with someone like James and be serious about starting a relationship and then act like that? Unless nothing bad has happened between them and she just trolling everyone/tablois and he doesn't really care who she hangs out with.

Re: Don't mean to sound shallow but... (67,954) (67,957) by Luke from United Kingdom
I could be wrong but I think it's when she's inhaling making her stomach look rounder. It seems when she's posing for photos she still looks slim.

Re: TMZ is reporting the split (67,612) (67,618) by Luke from United Kingdom
Who knows? I don't know if I'm quoting this right but people have said she's in her own bubble and is quite a lonely individual. It's natural to want human contact and connection but it seems she constantly has that amount of people around her. It's even more natural to want to be alone, so we can process thoughts/emotions. I did a similar thing recently where I made myself busy and surrounded myself with people. I didn't realise it at the time but I was actually doing it because I didn't want to feel emotions connected to a situation with a family member that I haven't been getting along with. So maybe that's what she's doing? To be honest when I've seen her in interviews/performances in the past year or two I don't think she's been truly happy. It's not a hard thing to spot if you look hard enough.

Lets hope he stays with his homeboy because Mariah needs a new director for her future music videos lol.

Re: TMZ is reporting the split (67,545) (67,551) by Luke from United Kingdom
I don't think Mariah would waste her time pulling a stunt that lasts nearly 3 years lol. She was introduced to him by Brett wasn't she? During a premier in 2014. I think if it is true it won't be about money it will be about the amount of people they have swirling around them. In videos of them eating dinner you can clearly see her entourage doing his head in lol. I think perhaps he wouldn't have known what he was getting into. Which is silly if you're going to pursue a megastar like her.

Re: New sound (67,208) (67,210) by Luke from United Kingdom
Does she like the songs she made with him though? I got the impression she was always swayed to make the songs into a particular sound by him and the record company unless that was just for the singles. I know she wrote Dreamlover to be a more haunting/emotional song but they wanted it trendy and upbeat. It would be fun to see what they would come up with after all these years but I wonder if it would just sound dated.

Haha then her album can be titled The Inflaming Inception of Mimi.

Exactly. I always think when I listen to it that it sounds like she time travelled to future Mariah and stole it from her lol. It sounds like nothing from this time.

Years & Years (66,990) by Luke from United Kingdom
So they've (or he if it's not a band lol) have just released a song called Meteorite. It might be a little influenced by Mariah but it's quite different so I can't tell but I just feel it's nothing compared to Mariah's Meteorite. Since that album came out I've consistantly played that song and it's never failed to please me. It makes me sad that they didn't release it and promote that song because I'm sure with a killer video she'd have another #1 at this point. Comparing the songs, this is Mariah's Meteorite and this is Years & Years' Meteorite.

Re: The Weeknd (66,954) (66,957) by Luke from United Kingdom
Totally agree Bill. I keep listening to Vanishing and just think how amazing it would be if she just stripped her sound back and sung with a piano. For a good example I was listening to Freedom by Rebecca Ferguson and just imagined Mariah singing it, sending the room into silence with the power of her voice.

Infamous (66,853) by Luke from United Kingdom
I definitely like Mariah's parts. Not so sure on Jussie's though. It feels like Mariah done the best with what she was given. It's not her show after all, so I guess the producers have the final say with how it sounds in the long run.

Re: Now Miley is attacking Mariah (66,760) (66,768) by Luke from United Kingdom
I nearly lost my first coffee of the day I laughed so hard at that. This is coming from the girl who goes on stage wearing silicone boobs and a 15 inch dildo. Yet another artist trying to use Mariah's name to stay relevant. Just goes to show how much of a force Mariah is in that industry.

Re: Mariah at The Beacon Theatre (66,689) (66,692) by Luke from United Kingdom
There was a post on Twitter about her tickets for the SSFT being sold out and she was asked to add more dates. However, she declined because she said it would result in her performing more than 3 days in a row which she doesn't do to avoid stress on her vocals, it said she explained she will have to return to New York by that time to rehearse for her Christmas shows. I'm not sure if it's legit though.
