Walter (59,441) by Ian from United Kingdom Mimi, I wasn't trying to "discredit" Mariah's input to the songs, I was just giving an opinion on the songwriting team that was MC and Walter, personally as someone who was a lamb from day one, (I am 48 years old, lol) looking at her back catalogue I still to this day get tingles listening to Till The End Of Time, And You Don't Remember, Just To Hold You Once Again, All I've Ever Wanted etc. Those songs lyrically and production wise for me are timeless and I wonder if 20 years down the line songs like Infinity, Touch My Body or Obsessed will have the same effect. I know her style of writing changed over the years but I live in hope that we get an album at some point in the future where she strips it back production wise and lets the lyrics and voice do the talking. I also miss the days when the remix was special and rappers added to the track rather than featuring on the main mix. Maybe I am just getting old. (Saturday 30 January 2016; 13:32)

Walter (59,428) by Ian from United Kingdom I hate how some people are so anti Walter, we should not forget that together they were an amazing songwriting team and gave us what I believe to be some of her best work ever, she was writing serious work which will last forever, more than the throwaway over produced tracks featuring too many rappers we won't even remember in 10 years time. Respect is due to a very talented man who at the time was a major part of producing those big ballads we all love. Just saying. (Saturday 30 January 2016; 0:39)

Not so amazing Fanjoy Christmas package (58,789) by Ian from United Kingdom Has anyone else here ordered the Fanjoy Christmas package? Mine arrived today and the cute red and gold beanie hat was replaced with a really cheap, vulgar looking red and white thing which looks like it came from a bargain store, the Christmas ornament looks cheap too, the only positive thing I can say about this package is the box is lovely. Also while I am here is it right that as a paid Honey B Fly member, presale tickets still managed to cost double the face value of the actual ticket. How does that work? It seems as though us lambs are being fleeced. Sorry for ranting, just had to get it off my chest. (Thursday 31 December 2015; 10:56)

Re: Out now: "All I Want" lip-sync (58,062) by Ian from United Kingdom It is what it is, we will probably never see her sing this song (and many others) live ever again, sad but I'd rather she lipped it than see her mess up. If she starts taking her time with studio recordings, working more on the arrangements, melodies and backing vocals and focusing less on how many rappers she can fit on one track I believe she could rise again. She has the talent and ability to write classic songs. Just my thoughts. (Saturday 28 November 2015; 1:14)

Lip synch (55,507) by Ian from United Kingdom As much as we all love Mariah, we have to face facts. She has been lip-synching for many many years. Some parts are just too complicated to pull off live, her voice and range have changed. It is what it is and wether she lip-synchs or not it's still great to see her perform. The world would be a much sadder place if she stopped performing because her voice can't match the studio recordings. (Tuesday 28 July 2015; 17:14)
