I can imagine her being Jessica Rabbit on stage and singing TMB to a male dancer dressed up as Roger Rabbit singing that song. Then imagine her saying, "Roger dahhling. Nick Cannon slams rumours (63,081) by TRAVON AUSTIN from United States Here is an example from the article today to provide the point I was trying to make ealier. I dont need TMZ if Nick has already confirmed the new engagement. It shows he has moved on. "The Real Husbands of Hollywood star also congratulated the Obsessed singer and Packer in January, shortly after they confirmed their engagement. 'Congrats to Mariah Carey and James. May God bless your future union. Great people, great couple,' he captioned a meme poking fun at his reaction to the engagement." (Monday 6 June 2016; 21:36)

It becomes public record after 7 years in California law. It's not the same as a criminal offense where you can see someone's record. It's protected. If you want immediate access to a divorce record, you have to request it and pay for it. The judge either allows it or doesn't and that is why a official document is not available. If we folllow your logic of it being public record than a credible source wouldn't even be needed and this unecessary speculation without facts or merit to back the tabloids would apply. That also applies to this notion or speculation that it could be true. If there is no truth or facts to rely on, there has to be merit to base an opinion from. There is no merit to continue to speculate about this. That's been my point this whole time. Me saying they are divorced is me speculatung. You saying they are not divorced is also speculating. There is no official document. Therefore, whatever we think as fans or tabloids, it will still be speculation until proven wrong. Speculation is what causes rumors. I am not going to hop on any bandagon or hype from purely speculation. I have not been given a reason that they are not divorced nor have been given a factual reason that they are divorced. What I believe is based upon hints from Nick on several occasions and the seperation of unity itself. That is the merit I trust, not urealistic expectaions from fans or tabloids. It's the divorce conversation in general. Ok. How could we imply that the story is true to begin with if the source has always been speculated to be Nick Cannon himself? If he has publictly said he will never marry again and that he is trying to move on single, then why is there still speculation about the divorce? I believe they are divorced. They have been divorced. The surpreme court/marriage court would never allow or release this information to begin with and the parties themselves would be penalized for any involvement of speaking publictly while currently going through procedings. The so-called credible sources would also be subject to penalties by the court for trying to falsely accuse and speak about active legal proceedings, including TMZ. It's the law. Nick Cannon responds to TMZ (63,049) by TRAVON AUSTIN from United States Before the confusion and bashing begins, I thought it could be avoided [...] letting all the diverse lambs know Nick Cannon responded immediately via twitter. "Nick Cannon at TMZ. Slow news day huh? Going back to the same well. How many times you all going to report this lie? Tell your so called 'sources' to call me." So the source of the divorce has confirmed it's a lie. So they are divorced guys. Lets move on and stop assuming they are not because of tabloids. TMZ is also known to be wrong. Not as much as other tabloids but it still happens with them. He admitted publictly during an interview about never marrying again and that solved the problem for me. They both have moved on with their single lives while co-parenting of course. Everyone needs a reason. Here it is. (Sunday 5 June 2016; 20:26)

I am back / Mariah Carey (63,037) by TRAVON AUSTIN from United States Can I just say that Mariah Carey has been looking great lately, she has her confidence back and she is doing so much to prove to the world that she loves what she does. I understand that fans everywhere, including myself, are skeptical but at the end of the day, we want Mariah Carey to do well. I oftentimes find that every aspect of Mariah Carey's life is misunderstood by the public and fans. Mariah Carey is an individual who has been doing this for over 26 years and she is continuing to do so. She does not have the luxuries that most megastars, her age, had because of the new landscape of the entertainment industry. Despite this ever-changing circumstance of ageism, I have always admired her work ethic and I feel that's her desire to continue to work is under valued. The things that she could have done before she can't do anymore. I'm not saying that she can't do it because she is not able to on her terms. All I'm saying is times have changed and just like the rest of us, Mariah Carey has to adapt to these changes and has to made changes herself. I have noticed that, whenever Mariah Carey chooses not to adapt to changes all she is does is cause confusion and misunderstandings to everyone, including her fans. Even though I have been a fan since 2005, even I acknowledge that there have been many changes not just with Mariah Carey but the entertainment industry at large. There are things that we might not agree on when it comes to Mariah but accepting change is extremely important in any given circumstance. However, I am happy that she is taking a concern with herself and she is aligning her life in the right direction by making changes. It might not be perfect to everyone but it is working, in its own way, for Mariah Carey right now. (Sunday 5 June 2016; 7:09)
