Mastered for iTunes (44,114) by Gilbert from USA Hey guys, maybe someone here might know. Why is it that the deluxe version on items for Mariah's new album state "mastered for iTunes" but not with the standard versions. Is there a difference? (Monday 26 May 2014; 19:08)

I like seeing everyone's post of what they like and don't like from the album and I got to say it really evened out on both side. #Beautiful / You're Mine (44,045) by Gilbert from USA I know it's probably not important but does anyone else remember Mariah saying there was a slightly longer version for both these songs? I know for sure on YM, Beautiful I'm about 99% sure she also said it would be a bit longer. I guess none of us would really know how it really works in the business, unless were in it you know? That's exactly the reason I didn't purchase the deluxe version because I knew it was a copy and past style for those bonus features and I had heard his version and he killed it for me. Dem Babies (43,996) by Gilbert from USA I want to provide my personal feeling about the song because some fans replied back to "us" who felt that dem babies were over used. I included that it is a special song between Mariah and her children. I get that, I also said it is a cute song. However, maybe certain fans/listeners took offense to that. No one should be offended these were just opinions that I expressed and others felt the same. I just preferred that dem babies should've been on the intro and outro of the song. Not in between. Again, it's a special song between dem babies and their mama and that's okay. So don't take our opinion as an attack, we are just expressing what we felt about the song. Last but not least, YDK was being streamed in the car and my mom goes wow she sounds pretty, then the "interruption" came in. Lol. (Thursday 22 May 2014; 16:34)

Mariah's new album my ratings (43,892) by Gilbert from USA I just want to see how each fan/listener feels about each song. So, I will do it like a 5 star rating kind of deal. 1. Cry (5/5 Stars) Amazing. 2. Faded (3/5) Lyrics alone did it for me. 3. Dedicated (feat. Nas) (1/5) 4. #Beautiful” (feat. Miguel) (3/5) 5. Thirsty (5/5 Stars) 6. Make It Look Good (4/5) Reminds me of that oldie "It's gonna take a miracle" by Denice Williams. 7. You’re Mine (Eternal) (3/5) 8. You Don’t Know What to Do (feat. Wale) (3/5) You need to go Wale, you're messing up her intro man. If there was a solo version I would give 5/5 stars. 9. Supernatural (3/5) I think dem babies should've been in the intro and outro of the song, not in between, but it is a cute song. 10. Meteorite (4/5) 11. Camouflage (5/5) Love the lyrics and her tone/vocals. 12. Money ($ * / …) iTunes issue, supposedly was fixed but I still haven't heard this song. 13. One More Try (3/5) 14. Album first listen iTunes (43,833) by Gilbert from USA I have mixed feelings about this album and it could be because I'm a bit tired and should be asleep but I will say this, Mariah has done a great job with this album. Her voice is strong and she is actually singing like she can. So I'm glad I got to listen to the album and hope she gets the props she deserves because she brought it to the table. New song reaction (43,689) by Gilbert from USA I'm not going to bash this song, someone made a comment about I'm That Chick Part 2 and I didn't think of that until it was mentioned. I think I could agree with that comment. It didn't fit my personal taste but as most of us agree that Mariah is giving everybody a little taste of everything. My personal favorite so far is Thirsty and I wish it would be available already, not sure why it's released on radio and not on iTunes. You think they would want to make some money. Anyway, I will try to hear new song again once I jam the album in my car, I might feel better about it then. (Friday 16 May 2014; 16:43)

Slant #Beautiful Remix (43,642) by Gilbert from USA I was super excited this morning to hear the new #Beautiful remix. Then, I read the following: "Last summer, the singer revealed that she'd recorded new vocals for 'a hot new dance remix' of her 33rd Top 20 hit, freestyling over a spare beat in an effervescent manner we haven't heard from her since 'Emotions'. But while that version sadly remains locked in the vaults (sorry, lambs, we tried our best)." Bummer. I was looking forward to that remix version. (Thursday 15 May 2014; 15:58)

Shezz from Pk (43,541) by Gilbert from USA What's funny is that is the version I've been listening to this whole time. I heard a guy in the background but i didn't hear any rapping. What we all need to do is just agree to disagree here, I was so surprised from all the negative responses and it's only been out less than an hour or so (at least since I've heard it) and I think it's a really great song compared to what's been released. If I could ask Mariah (43,482) by Gilbert from USA If I ever have 5 minutes with Mariah I'd ask if she still wears that necklace around her waist or hand, sometimes she used to wear it but hidden. I always wanted to know how she knows where to place those whistle notes in songs. For me, it's like the perfect place to place them and I always wanted to know how she decides where to place that note. (Monday 12 May 2014; 18:48)

He made really good points and had his facts together and what's interesting I was watching a Mariah Carey pool side interview back in 1997 and she states when my parents divorced I was 3 and a half and shortly after I came across the video. Album drawing video (43,442) by Gilbert from USA There is a member on here, I don't remember his name, but he mentioned Monarch Control and the drawing of Mariah. I wanted to post this here because I really felt that this was interesting to hear his interpretation of Mariah's drawing. It wasn't negative in anyway but very very interesting to hear him explain the drawing. Don't be afraid to check, just to have an open mind. I'm curious to see what others think of this video. I've been searching online during some free time and I'm noticing that the CD versions are more expensive maybe because it's a hard copy? Or maybe there is different bonus tracks. Paul (43,225) by Gilbert from USA This is response is just for myself. I did the pre-order just for the satisfaction that it's been ordered. You never know it might get released a day earlier from iTunes but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. I won't be charged for it until the day it's released. So for me it was just really out of excitement. I ordered the standard since I really don't see a point in the deluxe version with a song I already have and 2 others that were really just a copy and paste remix. (Friday 2 May 2014; 19:05)

I already have TAOLG and I can do just fine without those other fillers. Just order the standard and leave it be, nothing we can do about it. Though I do agree with you there should've been something else used as a filler. For example that Beautiful dance mix (which sounded great) when she called the lamb line. Mariah album (43,085) by Gilbert from USA Yea more of a wait, but I'm glad it's done and just have to wait for he release, but I will say I'm glad most of the singles that were released prior to the album didn't make the cut. Mara (42,843) by Gilbert from USA You're so right and yes he did. I've seen the clip of that when I was studying the illuminati in the music industry. If you pay attention reflecting back to what you said about the AMA performers, a lot of the performances they do are rituals to satan but a lot of people say no it's just entertainment etc but it really isn't. It's dark and it's evil and it attacks, feeds on our conscience without realizing it. I'm not trying to preach to anyone here but it's just to realize that it does exist and those who don't involve themselves in that are the ones who struggle. Look at Kelly Clarkson and issues with Clive Davis. I've YouTubed him and that man is pure evil. (Wednesday 23 April 2014; 21:14)

davidf from mexico (42,829) by Gilbert from USA Thank you David for that message. I'm glad to see someone agrees with me or at least is able to see that evil does exist in the music industry. Lately I've been thinking Mariah should add a couple of songs about the Lord on her album, she always thanks God and she has some songs here and there but I think a couple of songs would be a blessing for anyone going through a rough time. None of us know the struggle she might be going through in this industry and as I said before and I'll say it again.
